[EN-ES] Female version of Tiberion - Holozing Fanart.

Hello Holozing community, every time I see the fanart made by the members of this community, I am amazed with the images they create and the immense imagination and creativity they possess. A while ago I became interested in this and started watching YouTube tutorials to learn the basics of digital art and quickly downloaded the Medibang Paint application which I found quite easy to use. I had already been practicing for several days and finally decided to share with you the result of my studies.

This time I have chosen to make a reinterpretation of Tiberion in a female version of these, but respecting its main characteristics, which define it as an aquatic dragon. Although I know well that it is far from being considered a professional work, the truth is that I really liked how it turned out to be my first drawing in digital art. I hope you like it. Below I show you the step by step process.

Hola, comunidad de Holozing, cada vez que veo los fanart que hacen los integrantes de esta comunidad, me quedo maravillada con las imágenes que crean y la inmensa imaginación y creatividad que poseen. Hace un tiempo me interesé en esto y comencé a ver tutoriales de YouTube para aprender lo básico del arte digital y rápidamente descargué la aplicación Medibang Paint que se me hizo bastante fácil de utilizar. Ya llevaba varios días practicando y por fin me decidí a compartir con ustedes el resultado de mis estudios.

En esta ocasión he optado por hacer una reinterpretación de Tiberion en una versión femenina de estos, pero respetando sus características principales, las cuales lo definen como un dragón acuático. Aunque sé bien que está lejos de considerarse un trabajo profesional, la verdad es que me gustó mucho cómo quedó para ser mi primer dibujo en arte digital. Espero que les guste. The first thing I did was the sketch, a quick drawing without details and then with a lot of patience I drew each part of the body. In this step I took a lot of time making the scales and the eyes that didn't come out very well. Then I made the lines of the background, the algae and some mountains in the background. For these lines I used the Pen G brush which I thought was good, although I have been recommended to use the ink pen for this. It has a better finish.

Lo primero que hice fue el boceto, un dibujo rápido y sin detalles para luego con mucha paciencia ir dibujando cada parte del cuerpo. En este paso me demoré un montón haciendo las escamas y los ojos que no me salían muy bien. Luego hice las líneas del fondo, las que son las algas y unas montañas al fondo. Para estas líneas utilicé el pincel Pluma G que me pareció bien, aunque me han recomendado utilizar la pluma tinta para ello. Tiene un mejor acabado.

I created a new layer to give the base color, I started with the dragon and then the whole background.

Creé una nueva capa para dar el color base, comencé por el dragón y luego toda la parte del fondo.

For the shadows and lighting I used the airbrush to obtain the gradient effect of colors of some parts such as the tail, wings, fins. On the body and face I also lightened them a little with the airbrush and made a slight shadow on the side of the body.

Para las sombras y la iluminación utilicé el aerógrafo para obtener el efecto degradado de colores de algunas partes como la cola, las alas, las aletas. En el cuerpo y la cara las iluminé un poco también con el aerógrafo e hice una leve sombra en todo el lateral del cuerpo.

I continued with the shadows and illumination of the algae, the scales, the fins and some clear lines in the blurred parts of the wings. These I did with the sharp pencil that gives a fine effect on the tips of the lines. With this same pencil I made the lines of the hair raising and lowering the tone of the color to give it more realism. To the fins that come out of the hands I passed over them with the stippling pen that gave me the sensation that it shines.

Continué con las sombras e iluminación de las algas, las escamas, las aletas y unas líneas claras en las partes difuminadas de las alas. Estas las hice con el lápiz de punta aguda que le da un efecto fino en las puntas de las líneas. Con este mismo lápiz hice las líneas del cabello subiendo y bajando el tono del color para darle más realismo. A las aletas que salen de las manos les pasé encima con la pluma de punteado que me dio la sensación como que brilla.

To paint the background I used the cloud brush and for the sea waves I used the finger brush to get that feeling of movement.

Para pintar el fondo utilicé el pincel nube y para las olas del mar el pincel dedo para obtener esa sensación de movimiento.

I applied the clipping option in a layer above the lines to color the lines of the whole drawing. I painted each part with the corresponding color, but a darker tone so that they could be defined. This step is optional, because I wanted the black lines to stand out less.

Apliqué la opción de recorte en una capa encima de la de las líneas para colorear las líneas de todo el dibujo. Cada parte la pinté con el color correspondiente, pero un tono más oscuro para que se pudieran definir. Este paso es opcional, pues quería que no resaltaran tanto las líneas negras.
