Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - 4 Rounds In Battle

Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands social media challenge for this week. I will be sharing with you one of my battles. This one was quite straightforward with the rules.

For this particular battle, I used my account @yahuzah which is my designated spl account.

This ruleset means there’s no added rule or changes to the mode of play and all summoners have their abilities. You can also pick the card you want to pick based on the mana given. The total mana allows for this game was 29.

I decided to pick the obsidian summoner for this battle. I like to use Obsidian when the mana is quite sufficient and the rule set is standard with no modifications.

1st Position

---

For my first position in my lineup, I picked the Kron The Undying.. Kron The Undying has a mana of 10, health 10, speed 2 and a magic attack of 3. It restores a portion of the monster’s health in each round which is very useful to have when you do not have a healer card in your line up. It was particularly good this time because I had the Goblin Psychic who did additional healing.

Round 1

Upon clicking rumble,my summoner added a +1 magic to all my monsters.

Regal Peryton attacked my opponent first and did damage to his first card, Mycelin Infantry. My Kron The Undying who was in the first position of my lineup attacked my opponent’s first card and did a further damage of -4 health reducing its health from 6 to 2. My opponent attacked next with his Kron The Undying but did a damage of -3 health reducing my health to 7. I then attacked my opponent’s Mycelin Infantry with Djinn Biljka and killed my opponent’s first card. My opponent’s Kron stepped into the first position and his Goblin Psychic attacked my Kron and did a damage of -2 health. My Goblin Psychic then restored my Kron with +3 health and attacked my opponent’s Kron rendering a damage of -3 health to end the first round.

Round 2

My Regal Perytob attacked my opponent’s first card with magic and reduced his health from 7 to 5. My opponent’s Kron The Undying healed back to a health of 8 and attacked my Kron with magic of 3 reducing my health from 8 to 5. My Kron The Undying healed back to a health of 8 and attacked my opponent’s Kron with a magic of 4 reducing its health to 4. Djinn Biljka from my line up attacked my opponent’s Kron and did a damage of -2 health. My opponent’s Goblin Psychic restored the health of my opponent’s Kron back to 5 and attacked my Kron reducing its health to 6. Goblin Psychic from my line up healed my Kron and attacked my opponent’s Kron and reduced its health to 2 needing the final blow from one of my monsters to do the kill.

Round 3

Regal Peryton did the final damage to my opponent’s Kron The Undying and and killed it. That was 2 of my opponent’s line up killed and 3 to go. My Kron The Undying healed to a health of 10 and attacked my opponent’s Goblin Psychic reducing his health to 1. My last card, Djinn Biljka attacked and killed my opponent’s Goblin Psychic. My opponent’s fourth card, Failed Summoner then stepped into the first position. Attacking the failed summoner with magic attacks is not very advisable because of the magic reflect but with its low health, it can be easily beaten. I attacked the failed summoner with my Goblin Psychic and did a -3 health damage. Magic reflected to me with a -2 health. This ended round 3.

Round 4

Regal Peryton attacked my opponent’s Failed Summoner, did a damage of -2 health and got a magic reflect of -1 health. My Kron The Undying then attacked my opponent’s failed summoner with a -4 health damage and a magic reflect of -2 was done to my Kron. My opponent’s failed summoner died in this round. The opponent’s Fungus Fiend was the last monster standing from the line up and got attacked and killed by my Djinn Bieljka. My Kron then healed to end the round and the battle.

This battle was fought and won in battle 4 rounds with none of my monsters getting destroyed. That was a very pleasing fight to watch cos I actually thought I might get beaten or at least have some monsters from my line up killed.
