Getting Some More Rebellion Packs - Splinterlands Social Media Challenge

With about 13 days to go in the rebellion pre sale, are you ready yet? How many rebellion booster packs have you purchased so far in preparation for its official release? Have you made sure to read and know all the advantages to owning some rebellion packs? For about 5000 Dec or 4000 dec + 5 vouchers, you will get 1 rebellion pack.

Since the pre sale went live and I read that with every 10 booster packs, I will get a specific special card called Grimbardun Smith, I was intrigued because of its special abilities. However, at the time, I could only afford 2 rebellion booster packs. I decided to purchase the 2 packs and look for funds to purchase more should I get the chance.

Fortunately, I was able to purchase more booster packs today but unfortunately, what I purchased still hasn't taken my total amount of packs to 10. My total tally now stands at 7 after I purchased an additional 5 rebellion booster packs.

Before I was able to purchase, I had to deposit a little over 3000 dec into my splinterlands wallet. I then bought some vouchers off the market and deposited to my wallet. I bought 25 vouchers because I was going to purchase 5 extra packs. I would have loved to just buy all 8 packs today and one might ask why not just wait and purchase all packs at once.

But I like to believe that the game is a fast growing one and you could wake up before the close of the pre sale and players would have already purchased all the booster packs.

So, even if I am not able to purchase up to 10 packs, I would still be satisfied with the 7 packs I have for now.

To know how much I would need for the remaining 2 packs, I checked how much it'll cost and thankfully, it is not that much. I believe I might be able to afford it sooner rather than later. The 3 rebellion booster packs will cost 12000 dec + 15 vouchers. The vouchers aren't expensive because I got the 25 vouchers for about 2 hive.

The leaderboard is looking really interesting and you can see that people really want to get the chance to design a legendary card for the game. As it stands now, the top 6 holders from this leaderboard will have that privelege. I'm pretty sure they have some really cool and exciting ideas of what they would want the cards to look like.

So, come all, come purchase some rebellion packs and join the splinterlands community anticipate the official release of the rebellion set. It certainly will be an interesting one.
