🙋‍♀️Hello beautiful people, happy day! I hope you are feeling great and have started a week full of health, on this side of the screen everything is fine thank god, happy to be here again to tell you about the challenging adventure of organizing my nephew's party in a few weeks with my sister✨.

The first thing we did was to ask my little bear which character he wanted for his party and the winner was Super Mario, then we started to look for inspiration for the decoration, cake and piñata on pinterest, saving the ideas that we liked the most and at once I proceeded to make the list of the crafts that I was going to do, and write down the materials we needed. At that very moment we chose the day of the party.

Continuamos con la lista de invitados incluyendo adultos y niños, ya que es una de las cosas primordiales porque así sabremos el espacio que necesitamos, los pasapalos y bebidas a repartir, las sillas que teníamos que alquilar, el tamaño de la piñata y cotillones para los pequeños. Mi hermana tuvo un total aproximado de 50 invitados, y para ello hicimos una lista de snack o pasapalos fáciles de servir y que les gustará a los niños y adultos, todo esto con sus respectiva hora comenzando a las 5:30 pm con pepitos y finalizando a las 8 pm con la torta, entre este lapso de tiempo se repartió tequeños de queso, pan con salsa, galleta con diablito en salsa rosada, partimos la piñata y jugo de panela con limón.

💡 Tip: En el caso de los tequeños, los fritamos una hora antes de la fiesta y conservamos en una cajita sellada, hicimos las salsas y el diablito en salsa rosado y refrigeramos, así al momento de repartir todo se hizo más fácil.

We continued with the guest list including adults and children, since it is one of the most important things because this way we will know the space we need, the snacks and drinks to give out, the chairs we had to rent, the size of the piñata and cotillions for the little ones. My sister had a total of approximately 50 guests, and for this we made a list of snacks or snacks easy to serve and that children and adults will like, all this with their respective time starting at 5:30 pm with pepitos and ending at 8 pm with the cake, between this time we distributed cheese tequeños, bread with sauce, cookie with devil in pink sauce, we split the piñata and panela juice with lemon.

💡 Tip: In the case of the tequeños, we fried them an hour before the party and kept them in a sealed box, made the sauces and the little devil in pink sauce and refrigerated them, so when it was time to hand them out everything was easier.

The next step was to make the list of the candy for the piñata and cotillions, so we could find the budget in advance. In our case, we were able to buy them two weeks before and include everything a day before so we could move them to the site and on the day of the party we were in charge of transporting the cake and decorating the space and main table.
