Hola hola a todos los líderes de @holos-lotus, en esta ocasión deseo hablarte del nacimiento de un líder, recuerda todos somos líderes, pues somos influencia en nuestro hogar, familia, amigos, trabajo, la influencia puede ser positiva o negativa, dependerá de tu preparación.

Recuerdo la primera vez que escuché la palabra Liderazgo en el 2010, después de estudiar siete años Filosofía, pensaba que ya lo sabía todo; sin embargo este temprano no lo conocía, recuerdo empecé a estudiar muchos libros, pagué Talleres y entrenamientos y empecé a tener resultados

Luego de 12 años de trabajar y entrenar equipos en mi modelo de negocios, nació en mi la necesidad de enseñar, compartiendo principios que todo lider debe manejar en su vida para convertirse en un agente de cambio y así crear un mejor mundo.

Hello hello to all the leaders of @holos-lotus, on this occasion I want to talk to you about the birth of a leader, remember we are all leaders, because we are influence in our home, family, friends, work, the influence can be positive or negative, it will depend on your preparation.

I remember the first time I heard the word Leadership in 2010, after seven years of studying Philosophy, I thought I already knew everything; however this early I did not know it, I remember I started to study many books, I paid for workshops and trainings and I started to have results.

After 12 years of working and training teams in my business model, the need to teach was born in me, sharing principles that every leader must manage in his life to become an agent of change and thus create a better world.
