Today, we're gonna learn how to whip up a tasty homemade burger, packed with flavor!
First up, let's prep our fixings. How about some juicy tomato slices, fresh lettuce leaves, and caramelized onions to give it that extra oomph?
Slice up the tomatoes, chop up the washed lettuce leaves, and then dice the onions into small pieces.
To make the caramelized onions, melt some butter, mix it with soy sauce, toss in the onions, and add a bit of sugar. Then just wait for them to reach that perfect caramelized goodness.
For the burgers, you gotta have some quality ground beef. In a big bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, spicy paprika, oregano, and black pepper to taste.
Now, shape the meat into burgers of your desired size and get ready to make our bacon crumble.
Just blitz the bacon until it's finely chopped and cook it up until it's nice and crispy.
Then it's time to fry up those burgers. Remember to gently press down on the center of each burger to ensure it cooks evenly.
With everything ready, it's time to assemble our burgers. Start with a bun base, slap on the grilled burger, pile on your chosen fixings, and top it off with the other half of the bun.
