Umbrella- Don't judge People

We humans out of our habit never stop judging people. We all know this reality of fact that everyone fighting their own battles so stop judging people. This short 8-minute movie is so heart wrenching that again I forgot to blink my eyes. I don't know why when the movie is based on parents it automatically connects me through emotions. Hmm, maybe because I love my parents too much that I can't even think of living without them.

Umbrella is a short animated movie. It is an inspiring true story of a little boy named Joseph. He is living in an orphanage and his one and only dream of having a yellow Umbrella. Why Yellow Umbrella? because the yellow umbrella is connected with his past.

One day a little girl visits that orphanage home with her mother. Her mother brings toys for little children. When Joseph sees a yellow Umbrella in the hands of that little girl he gets excited. This sudden yellow umbrella encounter awakens his past memories. He stole that umbrella and tried to hide it. When a little girl notices that Umbrella is not at its place she follows the water drops and when she sees the boy is hiding her Umbrella she gets angry and try to snatch her Umbrella.

When Little girl got to know his story she feels bad and gives him her Umbrella. At the end of the story, they showed boy is pretty old now and running an Umbrella shop and that little girl is his life partner.

This movie taught me a lesson on the importance of observing and judging. We start judging people on behalf of what we observe. Stop doing that really. Sometimes what we see is not the ultimate truth. There is always 2 sides to the picture. We never know what people going through. This yellow Umbrella connects the little boy past with his father. Who left him outside of the orphanage home because he is too much poor and he cant take care of his child.
