a well earned break: 5 Minute Freewrite

I have worked for many consecutive years from one city to another, from one country to another, performing my work as a physician. I know I must stop and what better gift than to receive a well earned break. The body gets exhausted and the work as doctors in hospitals, surgeries, etc. is a very tiring job. It is quite exhausting work.

My wife had mentioned to me a few days ago that I should take a vacation because she sees me very tired, tired, restless, I get up very early. She says I don't get enough rest. And that I should go on vacation and have a well earned break. What happens is that I have to organize my schedule, I have patients who are in the process of recovery and I have to attend to them. I have to find another doctor to replace me and take care of those patients. I cannot leave them unattended.

So I have organized my schedule and next week I will go on vacation for twenty days, I think that is enough. I will travel to the east of my country Venezuela. My wife is from that region. We will settle in Mochima a tropical beauty that is worthy to admire and enjoy. My wife says that I have a well deserved vacation and that we will both enjoy it very much.

He trabajado durante muchos años consecutivos de una ciudad a otra, de un país a otro, prestando mi labor como médico. Sé que debo parar y que mejor regalo que recibir un merecido descanso. El cuerpo se agota y la labor como médicos en hospitales, cirugías, etc. Es un trabajo bastante agotadora.

Mi esposa desde hace días me había mencionado que debía tomar vacaciones ya que me ve muy fatigado, cansado, inquieto, me levanto muy temprano. Ella dice que no descanso lo suficiente. Y que dedo ir de vacaciones y tener un merecido descanso. Lo que paso es que debo organizar mi agenda, tengo pacientes que están en proceso de recuperación y debo atenderlos. Tengo que buscar otro médico que me sustituya y se encargue de atenderé a esos pacientes. No puedo dejarlos desasistidos.

Así organice mi agenda y la próxima semana saldré de vacaciones por veinte días creo que son suficientes. Viajaré para el oriente de mi país Venezuela. Mi esposa es de esa región. Nos instalaremos en Mochima un belleza tropical que es digna de admirar y disfrutar. Mi esposa dice que tengo merecidas vacaciones y que los dos disfrutaremos a lo grande.
