5 minutes writing - unusual dressing

My mother invited me to attend a family event which was held this Sunday, a family gathering while welcoming Halloween made this event feel different and unique. We as a family were asked to wear unusual dresses for each individual, I was confused about what to wear because I had never attended a Halloween event or unique costume party before.

Finally, I decided to wear a black robe and use a mask from the most famous serial killer whose films are always shown on Halloween, namely the Michael Myers mask. My mother was surprised to see that I chose that costume, even though it was a bit irritating because I was wearing a rubber mask with minimal air circulation, but the family gathering was very cheerful, and everyone seemed to like the costume I was wearing.
