It's Been A Relaxed Week
My hive activities have dwindled in the last two weeks and surprisingly, I'm not beating myself up about it. My health wasn't the best about two weeks ago and I couldn't keep up with all my activities. It's been a week of recovery for me and I didn't push myself any more than I needed to.
Ordinarily, I'd get worked up that I'm not as active as before but I've learned it's not an entirely bad thing. It's okay to relax and refresh so you can work more efficiently.

Sharing daily on hive has become a habit and it always feels off to me when I don't. I have a number of posts lined up in my head and I hope to eventually get to them in the new week. I'll also find time to read more here and enjoy the experience of seeing what everyone is up to.
I feel good today because I've been seeing people share good news online all day and it warms my heart. I believe whenever I see/hear a wave of good news, it means mine's around the corner. I'm really excited, scared and optimistic all at the same time, trying to keep my cool either ways.
Right now, I'm just netflix-ing and chilling in bed, I might write a post or two if I'm up to it after seeing another movie, otherwise, I'd just sleep, it's past midnight already anyway.
Whether it's from disrupted health or someone's good intentions, recovery time is always a good idea. For a short while anyway.
Yes, a short while 😄 I wouldn't want to get too comfortable and miss out altogether
A break is always needed, I don't know how to let myself do this but eventually, I will, also I am glad you are better
Thanks babe.
You are welcome
I think it was iskafan who said something to me about not beating oneself up everytime. Sometimes praise yourself, look how far you have come and take a deep breath.
And pls netflix and chill even more at this point o. Don't forget to send my share though.😁
Lol...breaks are so refreshing
Now this is the kind of peace the world needs. Chill! You owe no one no penny.
Haha...I know right
So sorry about your health. Thankful you a better now but you see that word "chilling" our bod body need it as often as possible because we are not machines. Even machines themselves breakdown at a point when over used so we need to intentionally and bring our body to a point where it rests not necessarily breaking down through illness . so dear take your time and chill
I've felt way better since I began intentionally 'chilling'. After all, I can't do all that I have to if I fall sick.
Thanks for stopping by.
Glad that you had some good vibes and were able to relax! One thing I recommend is tuning out of the media and news and shit. If it’s not happening within a 5-10 mile radius of where you’re living you shouldn’t get worked up about it for the most part. It shouldn’t affect your life most times!
It's so hard not to be aware of what's going on around because the news seems to look for you. I'll try though.
