Visited the Shallot Processing Site in Pidie
Well, on this occasion I would like to share some portraits of photo sheets where my friend and I were in Pidie Regency, which is one of the regencies in Aceh province.
Yesterday afternoon I visited a place to plant shallots, but what I took a photo of here is the place where the shallots are kept in a kind of shelter so that the leeks fall off by themselves.
We purposely came here in addition to learning directly about the understanding of shallots, we also saw firsthand how the red onion process was left in the barn and then marketed to various markets in Pidie Regency.
The production of shallots in Pidie Regency continues to increase every year, even reaching its peak recently.

That is fascinating, hanging them so the leeks fall off themselves, such a simple yet impressive process. Great images also!
