It is painful when a family member does something similar to you.... Something very unexpected and maybe that's why we lower our defenses and trust too much. The reality is that money has no friends. I know from my own experience what it is like to be ripped off by someone close to you, and the saddest thing is that you feel your hands are tied and you do nothing, leaving such an act in impunity.
