🌿🍽️Today I fried Pennywort and onion with tempura flour 🍽️🌿( for Vegetarian)

Today I made two delicious food. One of the delicious dishes I showed you today was a mixture of Pennywort and onion with tempura flour. The Pennywort, onion and tempura flour I used today is very cheap in my country. I bought onion and tempura flour at the market, but I picked Pennywort from my small yard. In Myanmar, not only Pennywort and onion but also various vegetables are mixed with tempura flour. Most people mix tempura flour with corn, onion, pennywort, gourd and peas. Vegetables mixed with tempura flour can be eaten as a dish or as a snack. On winter mornings, the taste of vegetables with tempura flour and glutinous rice is very good. I think eating that is a sign of winter in Myanmar. Now I will first tell you the ingredients needed to fry onion and tempura with tempura flour.
ingredients
• Pennywort, onion
• tempura flour
• rice flour
• pea flour
• a little salt
• cooking oil
First, I picked up some Pennyworts from my small garden. I use only three onions. I peeled the three onions first. Then I thoroughly washed the Pennywort and onions with water.
After washing, I slice the onions. I removed the bad leaves from the Pennyworts. The Pennyworts I picked up were so numerous that I used very little.
Now is the time to make tempura yolks. I use not only tempura flour but also rice flour and pea flour to make tempura yolks. To make tempura yolks, I put two tablespoons of rice flour, tempura flour and pea flour in a bowl. I also added a little salt.
I added a little water and mixed everything. When adding water, you should be careful not to add too much water. When you add too much water, you may have trouble frying Pennywort, onion. The tempura yolks are perfect for frying, as shown in the picture above.
I added the sliced onions first on the tempura yolks. Then I mixed it. Then I took a spoonful of onion and some tempura yolks and fried them in oil. After frying until golden brown, you can remove it from the oil.
I fried the pennywort the same way. Frying pennywort can take a while. If I fry pennywort with pennywort salad and tempura yolks, I prefer pennywort fried with tempura yolks.
It is also very easy to make a sauce to pair with these vegetable tempura yolks. Mix T.indica yolks with a little pepper, a little cabbage, a little salt and add a little warm water. Once mixed, the vegetables mixed with tempura flour are ready to eat. My family ate Pennywort and onion with tempura flour as a snack. They were so good to eat that they ran out quickly.🍇

I would also like to try something fried in tempura flour from your country. I searched on google vegetables fried in tempura flour from india. It looks very tasty.
This would not be complete without the dipping sauce. I love pakora and tempura, but I can't say I've ever used pennywort, very creative chef 👩🍳.
