Today has been one of those days where the energy is not at 100%, but that does not stop me. I have headed to Pino Park to do a solo practice, seeking to focus on my technique and improve my skills. This is a space that I love, as it allows me to disconnect from everything and concentrate completely on my movements and training. Although I feel somewhat heavy and my body is a little tired, I know that this is part of the process, and that every day of training, even the most difficult days, is an opportunity to learn something new about myself.
Before the week officially begins on Monday, I wanted to take advantage of this day to prepare myself mentally and physically. Sometimes the start of the week can be a bit tricky, especially if the body is still in rest or adaptation mode, but I am confident that tomorrow I will feel much better to continue with my routines and work on all the goals I have set for myself. Consistency is key in any discipline, and calisthenics is no exception. Every day counts, whether it is to achieve a new movement or simply to keep up the pace.
Tomorrow I plan to work on the plank, one of my favorite skills and a great challenge that continues to motivate me to continue improving. If I don't feel 100%, I might do a lighter practice, working on some dynamic movements that help me keep my body active and flexible. The training is very varied, and every day is a new opportunity to surprise myself with what I am capable of doing.
What I like most about calisthenics is that it is not only about strengthening the body, but also strengthening the mind. Body control, endurance, and discipline are essential components that are developed through constant practice. And even if there are days Hello, dear friends from the #liketu and #hive communities, and a very special greeting to all my colleagues from the #swc community! It's an honor to be able to share a little of my day with you. I'm Wilber-sw, a calisthenics athlete, and today I want to tell you about my day.
This start of the week wasn't the best, but, as Hello everyone! A very special greeting to my friends from the #liketu, #hive communities and, of course, a warm greeting to all my colleagues and friends from the #swc community. A big hug to everyone. Today I want to share with you a little more about my day and how my Christmas was this December 24th, so get ready to hear a little about how my training went and how I lived this date.
First of all, let me introduce myself again. I am Wilber-sw, a calisthenics athlete, and I love to continue training and improving myself every day. For me, Christmas is not just a day of rest, but an opportunity to continue with my training routines. I know that many take advantage of this date to be with their families and enjoy food and celebrations, but for me those dates, although special, are simply normal days in which I try to maintain my discipline.
Yesterday, December 23rd, I went to train with a good friend of mine. Although the park was quite lonely, I understood perfectly. I'm sure most people were at home, enjoying themselves with their loved ones and celebrating Christmas Eve. For us, however, that day was like any other training day, and we were very focused on our routine. It was a workout focused mainly on the back, and even though the park was empty, the energy we shared with each other made it a really intense and productive session.
Despite the solitude of the place, the truth is that I really like training this calmly, without distractions. And, even though the routine was tough and demanding, we were able to complete the workout faster than usual, which allowed us to have more time to enjoy Christmas Eve with our families. It's a very satisfying feeling to be able to balance training with those important moments with loved ones, because we know that, even though we train hard, it's always important to Hello everyone! A very special greeting to my friends from the #liketu, #hive and, of course, the entire #swc community. A big and warm hug to everyone! It is a real pleasure to be able to share with you in this space and continue growing together as a community.
For those who don't know me, let me introduce myself, I'm Wilber-sw, an athlete dedicated to calisthenics, and today I want to take the opportunity to tell you a little about how my day was. First of all, I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful Christmas, surrounded by your loved ones and sharing moments of happiness and love. Christmas is always an opportunity to be thankful and appreciate what we have!
As for my training today, I decided to focus on the front lever, a calisthenics exercise that always challenges me to improve myself. I worked on the base of this static movement, concentrating on improving tension and endurance, as they are fundamental aspects to be able to master it correctly. Although the routine was not that long, the intensity was quite high, as it involved a great physical effort. Calisthenics always gives me the opportunity to go beyond my limits, and today was one of those days when I really felt that my body responded in an incredible way.
On the other hand, I also practiced some dynamic exercises, which although they are not 100% yet, continue to motivate me enormously to continue perfecting them. Sometimes it can be frustrating not to get the results we want instantly, but that is what drives me to continue training, learning and improving every day. It is part of the process, and constant progress is what I value most about this path.
In short, it has been a day full of effort, improvement and learning. Each training day is an opportunity to improve and get closer to my goals. I feel very grateful to be able to count on the support of all the people who follow me and motivate me to continue moving forward, both in calisthenics and in any aspect of life.
That's all for today, I say goodbye to you until tomorrow, when I will share more about my training and my day. I wish you a happy night, a restful sleep and take good care of yourselves! Let's always keep moving forward, the best is yet to come. A big hug!
