Fin de semestre - Nos merecemos unas vacaciones con amigos y familia. / End of semester - We deserve a vacation with friends and family.

Por fin luego de 5 largos meses finalizamos el semestre, lloramos un poco, sufrimos, reímos, nos fuimos a un examen sin estudiar, nos desvelamos en otro estudiando luego de salir de trabajar, todas las emociones juntas en un corto periodo de tiempo. Incluso por un momento creí que una de las materias base para los siguientes semestres como "Fisiología vegetal" no la aprobaría, por un momento pensé que tendría que repetir la materia y no poder ver las materias que son Co-Requisito aprobar Fisiología.
En un intento desesperado por salvar el semestre y estudiar mucho 3 días consecutivos logramos aprobar los últimos exámenes, donde obtuve 17.5/20 en uno de ellos, fue el momento mas feliz.

Finally after 5 long months we finished the semester, we cried a little, we suffered, we laughed, we went to an exam without studying, we slept through another one studying after leaving work, all the emotions together in a short period of time. Even for a moment I thought that one of the base subjects for the following semesters as “Plant Physiology” would not pass, for a moment I thought I would have to repeat the subject and not be able to see the subjects that are co-requisite to pass Physiology.
In a desperate attempt to save the semester and study hard 3 consecutive days we managed to pass the last exams, where I got 17.5/20 in one of them, it was the happiest moment.

Ahora sin tener estrés por las clases por fin estoy de vacaciones, esperando el próximo semestre que literalmente inicia el Jueves, fueron unas cortas vacaciones de 14 días, que se terminaron en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, pero pude salir con amigos a compartir y con mi familia.

Now without having stress for the classes I am finally on vacation, waiting for the next semester that literally starts on Thursday, it was a short vacation of 14 days, which ended in the blink of an eye, but I was able to go out with friends to share and with my family.

Con "Sol", o Solecito que es la chica de lentes me fui a comer días después de finalizar clases, pues teníamos demasiado tiempo sin salir ni conversar, la verdad es que yo no tenia el tiempo suficiente para poder salir una tarde como lo hacíamos antes. Apenas tuve la oportunidad ella me invito las hamburguesas y yo invite las malteadas y nos pusimos al tanto de los planes de cada uno.
Dato interesante y que no sabia es que ella retomo nuevamente sus estudios, y jamás volví a preguntar esto hasta la semana pasada que me conto sobre ello, y que probablemente se fuera del país en los siguientes meses, hay planes de viajar Europa :( .
Se supone que nuestra próxima salida seria una viaje al rio, y aunque me escribe todos los días luego de esa ultima salida no hemos concretado vernos de nuevo, que espero que sea pronto, a ella la conozco desde hace años, y es con quien mas he tenido contacto luego de mi rutina tan larga de trabajo y estudio.

With “Sol”, or Solecito, the girl with glasses, I went to lunch a few days after finishing school, because we had too much time without going out or talking, the truth is that I didn't have enough time to go out for an afternoon like we did before. As soon as I had the opportunity she invited me the hamburgers and I invited the milkshakes and we got to know each other's plans.
Interesting fact that I didn't know is that she is going back to school, and I never asked this again until last week when she told me about it, and that she will probably be leaving the country in the next few months, there are plans to travel to Europe :( .
Our next outing was supposed to be a trip to the river, and although she writes me every day after that last outing we haven't concreted to see each other again, which I hope will be soon, I have known her for years, and she is the one I have had contact with the most after my long routine of work and study.

En estas vacaciones una pequeña prima-ahijada nos vino a visitar y bueno luego de mi salida con Sol, tuve que traerle una malteada también, pues ella quería ir conmigo ese día y no la lleve.
Además de eso mi señora madre nos llevo de compras al centro comercial, aprovechando mi tiempo libre, lo divertido de todo es que si a mi prima le compra dulces o helados también debe hacerlo conmigo jajaja.

On this vacation a little cousin-daughter-in-law came to visit us and well after my outing with Sol, I had to bring her a milkshake too, because she wanted to go with me that day and I didn't take her.
Besides that my mom took us shopping to the mall, taking advantage of my free time, the funny thing is that if she buys my cousin candy or ice cream she has to do it with me too hahaha.

Mi mamá también necesitaba salir conmigo, por que soy el único que camina y camina con ella sin quejarme y pues tenia mucho tiempo sin hacerlo, cuando tuvo la oportunidad inmediatamente me dijo que la llevara de compras.

My mom also needed to go out with me, because I am the only one who walks and walks with her without complaining and she had a long time without doing it, when she had the opportunity she immediately told me to take her shopping.

Hey y por su puesto aunque haya finalizado el semestre y tenga vacaciones, las vacaciones completas se deben a que el siguiente semestres es básicamente uno de los mas difíciles de la carrera, muchas materias complicadas como Hidráulica, Microbiología y Propagación de Plantas que requieren mucho tiempo de estudio, mucha dedicación y por su puesto por ello tuve que renunciar al trabajo, por que principalmente los horarios me chocaban entre si, y no podría trabajar tiempo completo y estudiar a la vez.
Así que avise que iba a trabajar 15 días mas, pero esa misma semana me enferme, comí algo de que no debía me intoxique y sumado a eso tuve una bacteria que me genero una infección en el hígado por lo cual mis vacaciones de trabajo se adelantaron. Ahora estoy mejor y no es nada grave, todo fuera de peligro.

Hey and of course even though I finished the semester and I have vacations, the complete vacation is because the next semester is basically one of the most difficult of the career, many complicated subjects such as Hydraulics, Microbiology and Plant Propagation that require a lot of study time, a lot of dedication and of course that is why I had to quit my job, mainly because the schedules clashed with each other, and I could not work full time and study at the same time.
So I announced that I was going to work 15 days more, but that same week I got sick, I ate something that I should not have eaten, I got intoxicated and added to that I had a bacterium that caused an infection in my liver, so my vacation from work was brought forward. Now I am better and it is nothing serious, everything is out of danger.

Sin embargo estos 12 días que he estado en casa, que he salido con mis amigos de la universidad y aquellos que no lo son, he extrañado muchísimo a mis compañeros de trabajo, aunque fue poco tiempo me encariñe con ellos demasiado, por su puesto los veía 5 días de la semana y básicamente 12h del día, como no voy a extrañar con quien compartí tanto tiempo. Y por su puesto compartí hasta mi cumpleaños, por que trabaje desde las 11am-11:30pm ese día, así que todo fue con ellos jajaja, al finalizar la jornada me compraron una ración de torta y cantaron el cumpleaños.
Fueron muchas anécdotas, secretos, chistes, malos ratos, malas caras, de todo un poco, y estuvieron pendiente en los 6 días que estuve de reposo y con tratamiento, la verdad muchos de ellos fueron geniales conmigo.
Aunque me da alegría poder avanzar super rápido en la Universidad, si me tristeza el haber dejado mi trabajo, por que estaba encariñado con ello, pero lastimosamente el tiempo no me es suficiente para los dos.

However these 12 days that I have been at home, that I have gone out with my friends from college and those who are not, I have missed a lot my coworkers, although it was a short time I got attached to them too much, of course I saw them 5 days a week and basically 12 hours a day, how can I not miss those with whom I shared so much time. And of course I even shared my birthday, because I worked from 11am-11:30pm that day, so everything was with them hahaha, at the end of the day they bought me a portion of cake and sang my birthday.
There were many anecdotes, secrets, jokes, bad moments, bad faces, a little bit of everything, and they were pending in the 6 days I was resting and with treatment, the truth is that many of them were great with me.
Although it gives me joy to be able to advance super fast in the University, it saddens me to have left my job, because I was fond of it, but unfortunately the time is not enough for both.

Y no puedo dejar por fuera a los 3 mosqueteros, los dos compañeros con los que mas comparto, son mi equipo en la universidad, mi grupo de estudio, mi grupo de hablar tontearías por WhatsApp, de todo, aunque con ellos aun no he salido si no hasta el jueves que vamos a comer, teníamos planeado ir a almorzar sushi donde era mi trabajo sin embargo, la diera que me mandaron en ese tiempo enfermo me impidió poder ir a comer con ellos.
De los 50 estudiantes que ingresamos hace mas de 2 años, solo 4 hemos avanzado y sobrevivido a las materias y por supuesto por eso nos dicen los 3 mosqueteros.
Creo que serán hasta mis colegas de trabajo en el futuro como ingenieros.

And I can not leave out the 3 musketeers, the two companions with whom I share the most, they are my team at the university, my study group, my group to talk silly on WhatsApp, everything, although I have not gone out with them until Thursday when we go to lunch, we had planned to go to lunch sushi where my work was, however, the diera they sent me in that sick time prevented me from going to eat with them.
Out of the 50 students who joined more than 2 years ago, only 4 of us have advanced and survived the subjects and of course that's why they call us the 3 musketeers.
I think they will even be my work colleagues in the future as engineers.

Nuevo semestre, nuevas metas y objetivos que vamos a cumplir gracias a los amigos y compañeros que tengo, sinceramente nada como tener estos amigos que te ayuden en tu día a día y en tus problemas cuando los necesitas, no mencione tampoco que ellos como mi grupo de estudio me ayudaron mucho cuando debía salirme de clases antes o no podía asistir por el trabajo, me ayudaron a estudiar en algunos examines y con ensayos que no pude hacer, la verdad agradezco haberlos conocido.

New semester, new goals and objectives that we are going to accomplish thanks to the friends and classmates that I have, sincerely nothing like having these friends to help you in your day to day and in your problems when you need them, I did not mention that they as my study group helped me a lot when I had to leave class early or could not attend because of work, they helped me to study for some exams and with essays that I could not do, I really appreciate having met them.
