HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK 205 || KIZZ DANIEL - LAYE (Cover) By WEALTHWESS [ENG/ESP]
Hello Hive Open Mic community and all music lovers on Hive Blockchain, i am wealthwess and i'm so excited to be here this week of our weekly concert, we’re now in week 205 and the theme for this week was chosen by me based on being the recent spotlight artist and that’s all thanks to @Jesuslnrs and the whole Hive Open Mic team. I chose Musical Idol as the theme and the idea behind this is simple, it’s just for us all to share a song of an Artist/Musician that we hold dearly in our hearts. Now some days ago i was tag in a post that a friend shared his opinion about we not idolizing any musician because they were just lucky to be at the spotlight, after reading the lines i smiled, nod my head and was like well that’s a good point but in my head i was like this is not a debate this is just a theme for us to share atleast a song from an Artist we enjoyed his songs a lot and/or gives us inspiration to want to make our own music - like me.
Yes, I wasn’t always passionate about music while growing up but ever since i’ve known this Artist Kizz Daniel over 11years ago, i can say my whole world changed towards music, he’s an inspiration to me, without him teaching me directly i’ve learnt so much from him and I mean how to make good music, because as an upcoming artist like myself now i can gladly say I’ve recorded and released few songs of mine on Audiomack, Boomplay, Spotify all under my stage name #MideWess all thanks to the inspiration i got by listening to Kizz’s Songs. So pardon me if i take him as my Idol, it is what it is, anyways that being said, I’d be sharing Kizz Daniel’s song titled Laye (Life) it’s one of his oldest songs, an afrobeat love song. However this is an acapella cover by me but i do hope you’ll find it worthy of your time, so stay blessed as you listen.

Ahora estamos en la semana 205 y el tema de esta semana lo elegí yo. por ser el artista destacado reciente y todo gracias a @Jesuslnrs y a todo el equipo de Hive Open Mic. Elegí Musical Idol como tema y la idea detrás de esto es simple, es solo para que todos compartamos una canción de un artista/músico que guardamos mucho en nuestros corazones. Hace unos días me etiquetó en una publicación que un amigo compartió su opinión acerca de que no idolatramos a ningún músico porque simplemente tuvieron suerte de ser el centro de atención, después de leer las líneas sonreí, asentí con la cabeza y dije, bueno, eso es bueno. Pero en mi cabeza pensé que esto no es un debate, es solo un tema para que compartamos al menos una canción de un artista, disfrutamos mucho sus canciones y/o nos da inspiración para querer hacer nuestra propia música, como yo. .
Sí, no siempre me apasionó la música mientras crecía, pero desde que conocí a este artista Kizz Daniel hace más de 11 años, puedo decir que todo mi mundo cambió hacia la música, él es una inspiración para mí, sin él. enseñándome directamente, he aprendido mucho de él y me refiero a cómo hacer buena música, porque como un artista emergente como yo ahora puedo decir con gusto que grabé y lancé algunas canciones mías en Audiomack, Boomplay, Spotify, todo bajo mi nombre artístico #MideWess todo gracias a la inspiración que obtuve al escuchar las canciones de Kizz. Así que perdónenme si lo tomo como mi ídolo, es lo que es, de todos modos dicho esto, estaría compartiendo la canción de Kizz Daniel titulada Laye (Life), es una de sus canciones más antiguas, una canción de amor afrobeat. .
