Story behind this photo of Manarola in La Cinque Terre
It all started in 2020, then I bought for my friend puzzle. One of the requirements for the puzzle was that it needs to be Mediterranean sea landscape. It was not easy to find something that would please her. But I've managed to get this set:
I've said when giving her this gift that I hope we will visit this place in future. Little that I knew what story we will create.
In 2021 when the pandemic situation became more manageable. We decided to visit Italy... but not as friends but as couple. When we set Italy as our destination, we immediately set Monarola as our target to see landscape that made us a couple.
We set plans get to Manarola from La Spezia, using their rails. It was really amazing to spend day there. Going from town to town.... From that vacations I've published few reports, if you fancy please check them out.

that's amazing! to be able to visit a place once just a photo 😃 my mom and i had that with a couple postcards she got, mostly local sites in our country, but hoping for somewhere international in the future 😄 thank you for sharing your amazing photo and wonderful trip here!
