Memorable Pictures of My son's Exercise

In our country, people tend to do sports only in winter.
In fact, they do warm-up exercises rather than sports.
Warm blood will relieve the cold, right?

In fact, sports are something that should be done every day as much as possible.
Then the body will be healthy and strong, won't it?

The other day, while going on a short trip with my son, we saw a place where we could exercise and play.
So the son said he wanted to exercise.
My son still doesn't know the reasons and benefits of exercise.
In fact, if my son sees things to exercise, he wants to play.

So I let my son play for a while.
As the child's parent, I have to take care of the child while going to work.

ကျွန်တော်တို့မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ လူအများသည် ဆောင်းရာသီ ရောက်မှသာ ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှားအားကစား လုပ်ဆောင်လေ့ရှိတတ်သည်။
တကယ်တော့ အားကစားလုပ်ခြင်း ဆိုတာထက် သွေးပူလေ့ကျင့်ခန်း လုပ်ကြခြင်းသည်။
သွေးနွေးနေမှ အချမ်းဒဏ်ကို သက်သာစေမယ် မဟုတ်လား။

တကယ်တော့ အားကစား ဆိုတာ နေ့စဉ် တတ်နိုင်သမျှ လုပ်သင့်တဲ့အရာပါ။
ဒါမှလည်း ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကျန်းမာသန်စွမ်းမည် မဟုတ်ပါလား။

ဟိုတနေ့က သား နှင့်အတူ ခရီးတို တခု သွားရင်း လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်ရင်း ကစားနိုင်သည့် နေရာတခုကို တွေ့မြင်ခဲ့သည်။
ဒီတော့ သား က လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်ချင်သည်ဟု ဆိုသည်။
သား သည် လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း လုပ်ရသည့်အကြောင်းရင်းနှင့်အကျိုးကျေးဇူးကို မသိသေးပါဘူး။
တကယ်တော့ သား က လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်စရာတွေ မြင်ရလျှင် ကစားချင်တာပါပဲ။

ဒီတော့လည်း ကျွန်နော်က သား ကို ခဏတာ ကစားစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ကလေးငယ်၏ မိဘ ဆိုတော့လည်း အလုပ်ကိစ္စ သွားရင်း ကလေးကို ထိန်းကျောင်း‌စောင့်ရှောက်ရတာပါပဲ။
ဒီနေ့တော့ ‌သား ၏ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်စရာတနေရာမှ အမှတ်တရပုံများကို ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။
