      "Hoy, aprovechando que tenía tiempo libre, decidí salir a trotar un poco en el parque. Mientras daba algunas vueltas, me di cuenta de que el ambiente era muy diferente al que suelo encontrar por las tardes. Es tan simple como recordar: ‘La energía no tiene edad, y la vida fluye en cada zancada que damos’.” 🌞🏃‍♂️✨Pero bueno partiendo de este pensar me propuse hacer una rutina de cuerpo completo, en la que fue dividí en dos Fase de circuito:

     El primer Circuito; 10 Muscle ups, 15 sentadillas y 20 Flexiones(5 Series) Lo que busco en el primer circuito es desarrollar fuerza y resistencia en la parte superior e inferior del cuerpo de manera uniforme. Ya que este circuito me permite trabajar los músculos de la espalda, tríceps, pecho y piernas con un toque de cardio.

 The first Circuit; 10 Muscle ups, 15 squats and 20 Push ups (5 Sets) What I am looking for in the first circuit is to develop upper and lower body strength and endurance evenly. Since this circuit allows me to work my back, triceps, chest and leg muscles with a touch of cardio.

     El segundo Circuito; 50 Fondos, 20 Seg en Resistencia en posición de Bardips, 30 Bardips.Ya en este circuito se fortalece aún mas los músculos del tríceps, el pecho y también el trapecio, esto se debe a qué gracias a la suma de los fondos y pasar a realizar La resistencia en posición de bardips sera un gran entrenamiento para mejorar la estabilidad y resistencia al momento de hacer grandes cantidades y contribuirá mucho mas a nuestra definición muscular en brazos y pecho.
