"UPVOTE BUDGET" GIVEAWAYS [ALTER : LOW or HIGH] Day 1

Welcome participants (both those who have been following my previous GIVEAWAYS and those who have recently joined). In accordance with my promise in the previous week, this time I made GIVEAWAYS with a different format than before.

About This GIVEAWAYS

Regarding the explanation behind the name "Upvote Budget", how this GIVEAWAY works, and how to participate via the link below.

How to join this GIVEAWAYS

• Upvotes are not required as a condition to enter this GIVEAWAYS. However, the more upvotes that each post gets, the more varied the cards that can be selected will be.

• Re-blog is also not a requirement. However, the more users who know about these GIVEAWAYS, the more likely they will upvote and the prizes will increase.

• You just need to write a comment once on each GIVEAWAYS post.

  • Also write down your IGN (In-Game Name) if it is different from the name you use for your HIVE account.

  • Write down a list of the cards you want, starting with the most expensive to the cheapest. If you don't write it down, you will be disqualified (but still be counted as 1 draw)

  • [CHANGE] Participants in previous GIVEAWAYS will be notified daily. But if you change your mind you can write WEEKLY so you just get notified every 7 days (every 7th post and multiples thereof).

  • [ADDITIONAL RULES] choose 1 number between 1~5 (LOW) or 6~10 (HIGH), write that number in your comments. If you don't write it down, you will be disqualified (but still be counted as 1 draw)

How to determine the winner

1. I will draw the numbers first using the Wheel of Names.

2. then I will draw 3 users at once using this link

3. If one of the selected users mentions the same number as the number drawn, then the user is entitled to one of the cards he has mentioned. (As long as DEC is sufficient)

   • And for other selected users, if the numbers are not the same but are of the same type (LOW / HIGH), then the user will get a Random Normal Card (As long as DEC is sufficient)
     
     

4. If the numbers mentioned by the 3 selected users are not the same as the numbers drawn (but still same type), then that user gets a Random (Normal / Rare) Card (As long as DEC is sufficient)

5. if the number and type are not the same, the selected user is considered a failure (gets nothing)

The participation limit is until the countdown time runs out (7 days), and the winner announcement will be made 1 day after.
