Daily Blog - A Lovely Last Day in Singapore
Today is my last day in Singapore. Tonight I will go to Kuala Lumpur by bus. During the two days in Singapore I feel that this is the best me-time ever. While traveling alone I experienced many things. Singapore is a very easy country to explore. Public transportation, buses and MRT are really good. I traveled using two vehicles and I was very satisfied.
Singapore As A Developed Country
Today, I went to Orchard Library by bus number 65. I saw the route that passed very close to Orchard. Even so, I almost missed it. After getting off at a nearby bus stop I walked for a while. Singapore is really a pedestrian-friendly city. Private vehicle users obey the rules. when facing a red light, even though there are no pedestrians who are going to cross, they still stop. No one violates the red light.
Public places here do not allow smokers to smoke freely. That makes the air clean and fresh. One of the team leaders at my place of work asked me to buy cigarettes. I was surprised by the price of cigarettes here. 1 pack of cigarettes here costs 16 dollars. When buying it, the seller asked for my ID card to prove that I was an adult. Now we know why Singapore is a developed country.
After Orchard Library, I went to Sultan Mosque. But because I got on the wrong bus, I ended up going around Singapore. Finally, I took the MRT again. This mosque is near Haji Lane. I can walk around while performing my prayers. I almost lost my glasses here.
After the mosque, I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage and returned to Lavender Station. From here I will go to Kuala Lumpur. See you Singapore. I will come back again someday.
Traveling by bus to Kuala Lumpur was apparently not easy for me, who was crossing two countries for the first time. I thought that when I was sitting in the passenger seat, I could sit quietly while listening to music. Apparently, at the Singapore border I had to get off and go through Immigration. Crossing the Singapore border was very easy because I only needed to scan my passport.
However, obstacles occurred when entering the Malaysian border. I didn't know where to bring my suitcase so when I was in front of the immigration I had to catch my bus. The driver was a bit angry and said 'I told you' and willy nilly I could only apologize and then return to immigration. It turned out, I forgot to fill in the MDAC so I was a bit late, my internet quota was a bit slow there and I made the driver upset again. Again, I can only say sorry.
This was really a bumpy trip. I hope the next day I don't find any significant obstacles.
Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!
See you on the next post...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of them are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
