Greetings community emotions and feelings this is my entry for inleo's initiative !cat day! experiences with felines. As I mentioned in previous posts I grew up in a village surrounded by farmers. In my house there were always pets, dogs and cats. It is worth mentioning that in the countryside most of the houses are surrounded by animals, mainly dogs and cats.

It is worth mentioning that there were always cats in the house and since I was a child I remember there was a special one called Nero who was the biggest of the litter and who sat on grandma's couch like a king. This beautiful experience with the felines was interrupted over the years because I had to travel to study and live in another city far away from my town which I longed to return to see the great king sitting on his throne as my grandmother used to say.


Saludos comunidad emociones y sentimientos esta es mi entrada para la iniciativa de inleo !Día del gato! experiencias con felinos. Como he mencionado en publicaciones anteriores crecí en un pueblo rodeado de agricultores. En mi casa siempre hubo mascotas, perros y gatos. Es de mencionar, que en los campos las mayorías de las casas están rodeadas de animales principalmente perros y gatos.

Cabe destacar que siempre habían gatos en la casa y desde pequeño recuerdo había uno especial llamado nerón que era el más grande de la camada el cual se sentaba en el sillón de la abuela como todo un rey. Esta hermosa experiencia con los felinos se vio interrumpida con el paso de los años porque tuve que viajar a estudiar y vivir en otra ciudad muy distante de mi pueblo el cual añoraba regresar para ver al gran rey sentado en su trono como le decía mi abuela.

In spite of having grown up seeing these animals some experiences I have had with them have not been very pleasant. The first one was when I had a strong earache and only those who have suffered this discomfort know what this pain implies, the slightest noise bothers because the ear is very sensitive. In one of the many nights that I had the ear pain a cat was in the window of my room and spent literally all night meowing you can imagine that I could not sleep, I could not rest the pain was unbearable and added to the cat meowing made it even worse I just wanted to see the sunrise so the cat could leave. As much as I tried to get up to see the cat or to know who it belonged to, it was impossible, the pain I was in did not allow me to move because it was so strong.
A pesar de haber crecido viendo a estos animales algunas experiencias que he tenido con ellos no han sido muy agradables. La primera fue cuando tuve un fuerte dolor de oído y sólo los que han sufrido ese malestar saben lo que este dolor implica, el mínimo ruido molesta porque el oído es muy sensible. En una de las tantas noches que tuve el dolor de oído un gato precisamente estaba en la ventana de mi habitación y pasó literalmente toda la noche maullando se podrán imaginar que no podía dormir, no podía descansar el dolor era insoportable y sumado al maullido de gato lo hizo aún peor yo solo quería que amaneciera y ver salir el sol para que el gato pudiera irse. Por más que intenté levantarme para ver al gato o saber de quién era fue imposible el dolor que tenía no me permitía moverme ya que era un dolor muy fuerte.

The second experience I had with these animals was when my son was little. We were visiting grandma's house and my little one approached one of the cats that was apparently calm to play with him. Maybe because the cat did not know him or it was the first time he saw it, it scratched him on one hand and then bit him on the same hand. When I saw this I was very worried but my uncle told me it was nothing, it was just a cat, although as the days went by my son's hand turned purple, we went to the doctor and they sent him a treatment and thank God he was healed.

La segunda experiencia que tuve con estos animales fue cuando mi hijo estaba pequeño. Estábamos de visita en la casa de la abuela y mi peque se acercó a uno de los felinos que aparentemente era tranquilo para jugar con él. Tal vez porque el gato no lo conocía o era la primera vez que lo veía éste lo aruñó en una manito y seguidamente lo mordió en la misma mano. Al ver esto me preocupé mucho pero mi tío me dijo no pasa nada es solo un gato , aunque con el paso de los días se le puso a mi hijo su mano morada, fuimos al médico le mandaron un tratamiento y gracias a Dios se sanó.

Despite the previous experiences I can say that I like cats especially for their fur and penetrating gaze. Cats in grandma's house were very dear and very well cared for. That's why every time I see the felines is like living those years of my childhood in my grandmother's house where the famous Nero was the great King. Animals are a gift and a blessing that we should take care of and love.

A pesar de las experiencias anteriores puedo decir que me gustan los gatos sobre todo por su pelaje y mirada penetrante. Los gatos en la casa de la abuela eran muy queridos y muy bien cuidados. Por eso, cada vez que veo a los felinos es vivir aquellos años de mi infancia en la casa de mi abuela donde el famoso Nerón era el gran Rey. Los animales son regalo y bendición que debemos cuidar y amar.
Ésta ha sido mi entrada a la iniciativa de inleo !Día del gato!

i feel like all animal have their specific way of reacting to stranger they don't know or they are scared about that's why the cat scrashed him.

So your grandma loved cats. Mine was so scared of it, she thought cats are spiritual

Cats and dogs are my favorite pets too and I can't stay without having them in my home. So sorry for the unpleasant experiences you had with them.
