Too Much Sugar is Bad

We know how delicious a food or drinks when paired with sugar. The taste will blend on the food with a sugar and that's what makes the food taste sweet. There are also food that doesn't need sugar and not all food has sugar because what's the sense if all of our food is sweet and nothing else.

When I was a child, sugary food are my favorite and they are one of the best thing that makes myself happy whenever I tasted it. If I have money, I will go directly to the store and buy food that has sugar even though it's unhealthy but it can make myself happy maybe because I am child or a kid at that time and kids loves sugary food.

I think it is hard to fight on not eating sugary food or drinks because I always eat or drink something sugar but doing that every day. I think there will consequence, one time that I remember one eating sugar coated nuts which is what we called "NIPS" because that was on sale when I bought that and I think I ate for more than 6 small sachets every day for 3 days and then after eating that for 3 straight days, my tongue has some injury because of the sweets that I eat for the last three days and I think it took me more then 1 week to recover that injury and whenever I saw that sweet (Which is NIPS), I think I can't eat one of it because it gave me a bad experience.

How about the effects of eating or drinking too much sugar?

Eating and drinking too much sugar is really bad and it will cause lots of complication whenever a person will take sugary foods almost every day and sometimes it may lead them to death.

I remember one time from my grandfather who has a diabetes and he can't walk for more than 5 seconds and maybe that's because when he was young, he ate too much sugary food or other drinks that cause him like that.

How do we fight on not having Sugar food or drinks?

I think the best way is to prevent as much as possible from food that has sugar although it is unavoidable that we can't take sugary food or drink in our every day like but reminding us every day on how bad is the sugar can try to avoid it.

There were some sweets that we can also drink that has similar to sugar and they are fruits. Fruits are sweet and they don't have any sugar in it. So, that way, it can prevent us from eating sugar. I think that we also have sugar that has no calories on it. I saw that kind of product in one of the stores online and that is also another way to replace the traditional sugar that has calories on it.

What will happen if there were no sugar in a drink?

I couldn't imagine if there were no sugar in a drink but I think people won't buy that drink if there were no sugar on it. Of course, there were also people that loves drinks that don't have sugar but how about the people that really loves sugar? Maybe they will be disappointed and they won't buy drinks that has no sugar on it.

If there were no sugar in a drink, there will be lesser people would buy drinks but if they have some replacement for the sugar, that would be good but I think the price will be much more expensive than the normal price.

Thoughts

We only need to eat a balance food because our body also needs sugar, too, but not too much. A balance diet is also good for a person but if it is too much, then we can expect a bad ending for that.

We only need to control how much we can take sugar in one day and there's a limit on a person on how much can he or she take on that day.

It's hard to quit sugar,it's just everywhere and unless you're only drinking plain water, that's the only chance that you'd probably consume less sugar. I doubt most people just do that haha. When you count calories and track your food, somehow you start to realize how sugar is everywhere.

That's really true because just now I drink a cola and we know that it has lots of sugar in it. We just can't resist on not having sugar in one day.

We just can't resist on not consuming sugar every day. I think that is possible when you are in a hospital and when the doctor tells you not to take sugar.

Sugar is used as a preservative. We do not need sugar as our body produces natural sugar (glucose). Additional sugar intake is an additional effort to the body. Sugar is also addictive that's why it's hard to get rid of our sweet tooth🤩 !LOLZ
