Llega a nosotros una nueva oportunidad de participar en la Testnet de TabiChain, en su flamante nueva versión denominada Testnet V2 Carnival. En esta ocasión, las pruebas que debemos hacer son realmente intuitivas por estar cada paso explicado en las diferentes tareas que alberga el ecosistema.

La interfaz que se nos presenta es muy divertida y nos plantea realizar tareas en las que obtendremos tickets de lotería que nos servirán para aspirar a ganar como recompensa un Mini Nodo. Eso sí, sabremos si hemos tenido suerte al momento en que el evento finalice. Aún así, mientras más tickets consigamos, más probabilidades de ganar tendremos, y es algo que en mi opinión vale mucho la pena. Además, el total de recompensas es de unos 50,000 Mini Nodos que se sortearán en una fecha que anunciarán en el futuro.

Tal vez sea algo complejo saber realmente para qué funciona un nodo, pero a simples rasgos, constituye una manera de tener mayor participación en la comunidad y reducir el umbral de operaciones de minado. Si gustas saber más, puedes encontrar información precisa aquí.

A new opportunity to participate in the TabiChain Testnet has arrived, in its brand new version called Testnet V2 Carnival. This time, the tests we must perform are truly intuitive as each step is explained in the various tasks within the ecosystem.

The interface presented to us is very entertaining and requires us to complete tasks in which we will earn lottery tickets that will allow us to have a chance to win a Mini Node as a reward. However, we will only know if we are lucky once the event ends. Still, the more tickets we obtain, the greater our chances of winning will be, which in my opinion, is well worth the effort. Furthermore, there are a total of about 50,000 Mini Nodes as rewards that will be raffled on a date to be announced in the future.

Understanding the actual function of a node may be somewhat complex, but in simple terms, it provides a way to have greater involvement in the community and reduce the mining operation threshold. If you want to learn more, you can find precise information here.

Los usuarios que deseen participar tendrán que obtener el token $Tabi desde el Faucet. Como ven, hay en existencia unos 300,000 $Tabi para reclamar. Cuando hagamos el reclamo nos darán 0.5 $Tabi, lo cual es algo que pueda parecer muy poco, pero teniendo en cuenta los gastos súper reducidos, nos será suficiente.

Al hacer este Faucet, también ganaremos nuestro primer ticket. Eso sí, antes debemos iniciar sesión con nuestra billetera (en mi caso uso MetaMask). No nos debemos preocupar por la red, pues esta se auto configura cuando validemos el contrato inteligente.

Lo que yo he hecho fue crear una cuenta nueva con el nombre Tabi V2 Carnival. Eso me permitirá disponer de una nueva dirección para este caso de uso específico. Cuando detecte la red, la asignaremos a esta cuenta.

Users who wish to participate will need to obtain the $Tabi token from the Faucet. As you can see, there are around 300,000 $Tabi available to claim. When we make the claim, we will receive 0.5 $Tabi, which may seem very little, but considering the super low expenses, it will be enough for us.

By using this Faucet, we will also earn our first ticket. Of course, we must log in with our wallet first (in my case, I use MetaMask). We don't need to worry about the network, as it self-configures when we validate the smart contract.

What I have done is create a new account named Tabi V2 Carnival. This will allow me to have a new address for this specific use case. Once it detects the network, we will assign it to this account.

La segunda tarea es muy simple y nos mete de lleno en lo que son las DeFi. Deberemos hacer al menos tres swaps y aportar liquidez. Con la primer parte no tendremos ningún tipo de problema. Ahora para aportar cierta liquidez, es un poco más complicado, porque deberemos manualmente introducir los valores que más nos convengan para no terminar en pérdidas, o al menos eso es lo que nos alertará en algún momento.

Lo que se tiene que hacer es poner una posición que respete un rango de valores de forma que nos represente ganancias en comisiones. Por ejemplo si la situación actual es que por 1 $TABI nos darán 300,000 $DARUMA, no generaremos ganancias si el rango está por encima de ese valor (entre 350,000 y 410,000 DARUMA). Quiere decir que nuestra posición no tiene que superar el máximo ni el mínimo valor para no irse de rango.

The second task is very simple and plunges us straight into what DeFi is. We will need to make at least three swaps and provide liquidity. With the first part we will not have any problem. Now to provide some liquidity, it is a bit more complicated, because we will need to manually enter the values that are most convenient for us to avoid ending up in losses, or at least that is what will alert us at some point.

What needs to be done is to put a position that respects a range of values so that it represents us profits in commissions. For example, if the current situation is that for 1 $TABI we will receive 300,000 $DARUMA, we will not generate profits if the range is above that value (between 350,000 and 410,000 DARUMA). This means that our position must not exceed the maximum or minimum value to stay within the range.

Igualmente la tarea nos pide agregar liquidez a una piscina, por lo que lo hagamos bien o mal, nos la validará siempre y cuando hayamos podido crear esa posición. Será entonces que obtendremos un ticket y nuestro primer badge NinjaX Beginner. Debemos mencionar que para obtener este badge, debemos hacer el mint del mismo, que es básicamente darle el permiso al contrato para crear el NFT que se terminará de alojar en la testnet de TabiChain y podremos comprobarlo desde nuestra billetera en la sección NFT.

Otra de las formas de comprobar nuestras operaciones es a través del explorador de Testnet de Tabi. Allí nos aparecerá información detallada sobre la transacción, como por ejemplo el Tx de la transacción, el estado de la misma, en qué bloque se creó, con qué contrato se interactúa, qué tokens se operaron, y obviamente datos que tienen que ver con el tiempo de la ejecución.

Similarly, the task asks us to add liquidity to a pool, so whether we do it well or poorly, it will always validate it as long as we have been able to create that position. We must mention that to obtain this badge, we must mint it, which is basically giving permission to the contract to create the NFT that will be finally hosted in the TabiChain testnet, and we can verify it from our wallet in the NFT section.

Another way to verify our operations is through the Tabi Testnet explorer. There we will find detailed information about the transaction, such as the Tx of the transaction, its status, in which block it was created, with which contract it interacts, which tokens were operated, and obviously data related to the execution time.

Un aspecto que me gustaría mencionar es la comisión súper baja que tienen las operaciones. En el momento en que he reclamado el badge (NFT), me ha costado tan solo un total de 0.0004 TABI. Significa que por ese lado no deberíamos preocuparnos, pues tendremos cientos de operaciones a realizar hasta que se nos terminen estos fondos.

Tal vez la manera de meter la pata sea aportar liquidez del total de esos TABI, por lo que no podremos pagar el fee de las transacciones. Además, no sé si se pueda volver a reclamar del faucet. Precaución con eso.

One aspect I would like to mention is the super low commission that transactions have. At the moment I claimed the badge (NFT), it only cost me a total of 0.0004 TABI. This means that we shouldn't worry about that aspect, as we will have hundreds of transactions to make before we run out of these funds.

Otra de las tareas será ingresar a un sitio. Solo deberemos iniciar sesión con nuestra cuenta y eso es todo. Al parecer, se trata de un motor de juegos similar a Unity, que está construido sobre TabiChain. En lo que a mí respecta, pienso que cuando salga en Mainnet, habrá una gran cantidad de juegos Web3 soportados por este motor llamado Mundus Engine, y como es de esperarse, dispondrán de las ventajas de la cadena.

Luego de hacer esta tarea podremos reclamar un ticket y un badge denominado Canvas. Es una tarea súper sencilla que no tiene complicación alguna.

Una de las tareas que nos obligará a entrar al juego Tap2Earn de Tabi será TabiZoo. Los requisitos son mínimos y solo necesitaremos copiar nuestra dirección EVM y pegarla en la mini App de Telegram. En mi caso tenía una anterior y la he reemplazado para hacer esta tarea y no complicarme las cosas. Pues, si recibo algún airdrop lo recibiré en la dirección original o la nueva.

Ahora mismo no puedo ver los requisitos, pero si no me falla la memoria, pedía tener nivel 3 en el juego (¡Yo soy nivel 103! 🤣). En cuanto a la dirección EVM, para que se entienda qué significa lo explicaré en el párrafo que sigue a continuación.

Una dirección EVM (Ethererum Virtual Machine) está conformada por una dirección que permite redes alternativas a la cadena principal de Ethereum. Por ejemplo, Polygon es una cadena de capa 2 compatible con Ethereum. Cuando hablamos de una compatibilidad, significa que si una billetera admite EVM, podremos establecer esa red allí. No solo en MetaMask, pues si utilizamos Phantom, esta también admite EVM.

Luego de hacer este ejercicio, terminaremos por obtener nuestro preciado ticket, que se sumará junto a los otros que hemos reclamado. Hay una tarea que aún no la puedo completar y es la de Addition Reward, que nos recompensa por haber completado todas las anteriores que suman un total de seis tareas, pudiendo obtener unos tres tickets más.

One of the tasks that will require us to enter Tabi's Tap2Earn game will be TabiZoo. An EVM (Ethererum Virtual Machine) address is made up of an address that allows for alternative networks to the main Ethereum chain. For example, Polygon is a layer 2 chain compatible with Ethereum. When we talk about compatibility, it means that if a wallet supports EVM, we can establish that network there. Not only in MetaMask, because if we use Phantom, it also supports EVM.

Aunque debo advertir algo importante. Una de las tareas no las he podido hacer porque al parecer hay un bug que se presenta al momento de hacer mint de un NFT que usaremos para jugar el juego Wanderer. Me estoy comunicando con el soporte a ver si hay alguna solución. Al parecer no todos presencian el mismo error, pero es algo a tener en cuenta porque justamente necesitaremos completar esta tarea para reclamar las recompensas adicionales.

En caso de que puedas obtener el NFT, solo necesitarás jugar la demo y pasar el primer nivel. Eso es todo. En mi caso me interesé en probar la demo sin tener el NFT y la verdad es que no está nada mal, está entretenido a decir verdad. Imagino que cuando salga en su versión de mainnet habrá un mercado de ítems o cosas por el estilo que darán mayor variedad al asunto. Incluso podríamos hablar de eventos, pero eso es cosa del futuro.

I must warn you about something important. One of the tasks I have not been able to complete because there seems to be a bug that occurs when minting an NFT that we will use to play the Wanderer game. I am contacting support to see if there is any solution. It seems not everyone experiences the same error, but it is something to keep in mind because we will need to complete this task to claim the additional rewards.

Para finalizar, estemos atentos a nuevas tareas a realizar. Wizzwoods es otro juego Tap2Earn, por lo que posiblemente tengamos que hacer una tarea similar a TabiZoo. Las otras dos que llegarán pronto no las conozco, aunque intuyo que será algo sencillo de realizar, pues está todo explicado.

Ser los primeros en realizar pruebas sobre una cadena es una buena oportunidad, y más si se entra en Early, ya que suelen tener en cuenta a los que primero llegan y contribuyen a testear la cadena encontrando errores o generar actividad de importancia.

TabiChain está creciendo exponencialmente y posiblemente nos de más de una sorpresa. Esta es una manera de ser parte de la aventura, sin necesidad de gastar dinero. Debemos aprovechar esta oportunidad que se nos está dando y buscar marcar la diferencia ahora que es relativamente temprano para hacerlo.

To finish, let's be on the lookout for new tasks to perform. Wizzwoods is another Tap2Earn game, so we may have to do a task similar to TabiZoo. I am not familiar with the other two that will arrive soon, but I suspect it will be something simple to do, as everything is explained.

Being the first to perform tests on a chain is a good opportunity, especially if you get in Early, as they usually take into account those who arrive first and contribute to testing the chain by finding errors or generating important activity.

TabiChain is growing exponentially and may give us more than one surprise. This is a way to be part of the adventure without needing to spend money. We must take advantage of this opportunity being given to us and seek to make a difference now that it is relatively early to do so.

Actualización: La tarea de Wanderer sigue dando error al intentar crear el NFT. Sin embargo, podemos completar la tarea jugando el modo demo sin requerir del NFT. Deberemos superar el nivel 1. En mi caso jugué hasta que me apareció el boss y lo derroté. Ahí es cuando termina la demo y te devuelve al sitio. Es entonces que puedes ir y reclamar la tarea, obteniendo un ticket y un badge (Rookie Wanderer) que debes mintear.

Con esto en mente, solo nos faltaría que habiliten la tarea de Wizzwoods y ya podríamos reclamar la tarea de recompensas adicionales.

Update: Wanderer's task continues to show an error when trying to create the NFT. However, we can complete the task by playing the demo mode without needing the NFT. We have to beat level 1. In my case, I played until the boss appeared and defeated it. That's when the demo ends and takes you back to the site. At that point, you can go and claim the task, getting a ticket and a badge (Rookie Wanderer) that you must mint.

With that in mind, we only need them to enable the Wizzwoods task, and then we could claim the additional rewards task.
