Talent and hard work must go hand in hand

Good afternoon to all members of the #hivelearners community that I'm proud of, I hope we are always given health and success in everything we do, as usual, in this edition I will again try to participate in the weekly contest which has entered its 2nd week. 37 and today's need is still issue 01 , which is certainly a very interesting topic too,

Previously I will give a few pictures about talent in my personal opinion, talent is a special thing that is in ourselves where not everyone has the same talent as us, talent can also be said to be our individual skills where we can easily doing something that we do have talent for, but talent if we don't hone it with hard work will also be unrivaled by people who have such a high interest in hard work to find that talent

Meanwhile, in my opinion, hard work is something that we do with a strong determination to be able to get something we want, even though we don't have talent in that regard, with hard work we do it in earnest then the talent will appear by itself, I admit if we want to get we must have both, the first is talent and the second is a high spirit of hard work to achieve that desire

These two things are interrelated, that's what I'm experiencing right now. I am one of those people who has no talent in any field. When I first took part in the selection for my job, you could say I didn't have any experience in that matter, but how come I passed? yes, as I said, I know myself if I do not have expertise in any field, therefore I choose to work hard to be able to get this position by seeking information from various sources so that I can get the basis of the job I am applying for.

I have a principle that talent alone is not enough to make us successful, just imagine how many people have high talent but don't get the right job? even in my area there are many who do have skills but don't get a job at all because they don't want to work hard, while people who don't have talent will really work hard so they can get that talent, therefore as I said in these two things are interrelated and must go side by side, talent alone is not enough to achieve success if it is not accompanied by hard work, but hard work can make us successful even though we don't have talent, because talent will appear over time with frequent self-evaluation to continue to work hard to achieve that talent

everyone has a different point of view, but never underestimate people who have no talent but they have a high spirit of hard work, because without us knowing it they will be greater than us,
