En esta oportunidad, la número 4, quiero hablarles de una de mis canciones favoritas, porque habla sobre el valioso papel que alguien puede cumplir para salvar a otra persona.
Esto es algo de gran valor, especialmente en este tiempo cuando la salud mental se ve comprometida una y otra vez. La canción que usaremos hoy se titula “Tócame” y es interpretada por el dúo Sin Bandera. Veamos algunas lecciones que nos enseña.
Espiritual
En la canción, el protagonista expresa que, debido a muchos problemas que enfrenta, ya no es el mismo de antes, viendo como su vida ha sido afectada por las preocupaciones del mañana, dejándose llevar por el egoísmo, lo que inevitablemente lo dirige a un abismo. ¿Y quién mejor que Dios para ayudarnos cuando nos encontramos en una situación como esa? Solo él puede saber la mejor manera de ayudarnos a escapar de ese riesgo.
La belleza de esta canción radica en que el protagonista reconoce que se halla en una situación complicada, por lo que pide que lo ayude, que alguien se acerque y lo toque, que le dé la ayuda que necesita para volver a estar bien. Esto nos deja como enseñanza lo importante que es reconocer que necesitamos la ayuda de Dios, y humildemente se la pedimos día tras día.
Sentimental
Una de las principales razones por las que buscamos la compañía de otras personas es para tener su apoyo, y ser el apoyo que ellas necesitan. Sea que se trate de amistades, relaciones románticas o familiares, es vital que siempre sepamos que por sí solos, aislados de los demás, será imposible tener éxito, al menos un éxito completo en nuestra vida.
Aislarnos de las personas que queremos y que nos quieren solo nos lleva a una condición muy difícil, como si estuviéramos caminando, pero sin ver a nuestro alrededor, centrados en nosotros y en las cosas que nos interesan. Es mejor reconocer que los demás nos necesitan y nosotros necesitamos a los demás. Lógicamente, es necesario ser cuidadosos al elegir a las personas que estarán cerca de nosotros para que sean ese apoyo vital.
Laboral
En el campo laboral es muy importante tener apoyo de los demás. Algunos han llegado a decir que no necesitan a otros, sobre todo cuando son personas que trabajan por su cuenta, pero la realidad es que sí dependen de los demás de una u otra forma. Es mejor reconocerlo para poder sacar provecho de ello.
De igual manera, es necesario estar atento para ayudar a nuestros compañeros de trabajo, o a nuestros empleados si somos el jefe. También es importante pedir ayuda siempre que la requiramos. Solo trabajando en equipo se pueden conseguir las metas trazadas en la vida.
Para finalizar, quisiera añadir que esta canción se centra en una persona que reconoce que necesita ayuda y la pide, lo cual demuestra humildad de su parte. Demostrar esa bonita cualidad es una gran virtud, y puede ser de mucha utilidad para combatir cualquier problema de salud mental que tengamos.

This time, the number four, I want to talk about one of my favorite songs, because it talks about the valuable role that someone can play to save another person.

Spiritual
In the song, the protagonist expresses that, due to many problems he faces, he is no longer the same as before, seeing how his life has been affected by the worries of tomorrow, letting himself be carried away by selfishness, which inevitably leads him to an abyss. And who better than God to help us when we find ourselves in a situation like that? Only he can know the best way to help us escape from that risk.
The beauty of this song lies in the fact that the protagonist recognizes that he is in a complicated situation, so he asks for help, for someone to reach out and touch him, to give him the help he needs to get back on his feet. This teaches us how important it is to recognize that we need God's help, and humbly ask for it day after day.
Sentimental
One of the main reasons we seek the company of others is to have their support, and to be the support they need. Whether it is friendships, romantic relationships or family, it is vital that we always know that on our own, isolated from others, it will be impossible to be successful, at least completely successful in our lives.
Isolating ourselves from the people we love and who love us only leads us to a very difficult condition, as if we were walking, but without seeing around us, focused on ourselves and the things that interest us. It is better to recognize that others need us and we need others. Logically, it is necessary to be careful in choosing the people who will be close to us to be that vital support for every human being.
Labor
In the labor field it is very important to have support from others. Some have come to say that they do not need others, especially when they are self-employed, but the reality is that they do depend on others in one way or another. It is better to recognize this in order to take advantage of it.
Similarly, it is necessary to be attentive to help our co-workers, or our employees if we are the boss. It is also important to ask for help whenever we need it. Only by working as a team can we achieve our goals in life.
Finally, I would like to add that this song focuses on a person who recognizes that he needs help and asks for it, which shows humility on his part. Demonstrating that beautiful quality is a great virtue, and can be very helpful in combating any mental health problems we may have.
