Hola y feliz nuevo año 2024 para todos los hivers, hoy primero de enero les comparto mi participación para el contest de splinterlands de esta semana, como siempre les trago un retrato pixel art de la carta barashkukor una carta de tipo muerte como mucha gente cree que lo hago con ia esta vez lo tratare de hacer lo mas parecido a la carta, sin mas que agregar vamos con el proceso

Bueno como es un retrato obviamente comienzo por el boceto del rostro primero hago un pulpo común para la base, luego empiezo a colocar la iluminación, cuernos y lo que creo que son unas branquias o como se le llame,
para terminar completos los cuernos y los ojos con un poco de brillo, aun no agrego los detalles finales para que ver si esta quedando lo mas parecido al de la referencia

Ahora prosigo con una parte del cuerpo para no hacer solamente la cara, hago la base del pecho dejando espacia para la gema que tiene en este, la hare como si estuviera incrustada en el cuerpo y en forma de gota de diamante, para terminar todo el boceto base voy agregando mas tonos sin mucho detalle solo para darle mas profundidad.
Now I continue with a part of the body so as not to just make the face, I make the base of the chest leaving space for the gem on it, I will make it as if it were embedded in the body and in the shape of a diamond drop, to finish the whole Base sketch I'm adding more tones without much detail just to give it more depth.
Ya para terminar comienzo con la colocación de los detalles finales como mas tonos de iluminacion, un delineado bien remarcado negro alrededor del personaje, agrego el distintivo fondo con dithering y adicionalmente le coloque uno detalle como si tuviera la piel bioluminiscente, y por ultimo ajusto los colores para que no quede tan opaco y oscuro como la original después fusiono todas las capas con el fondo, bueno quedo lo mas parecido lo único que cambie fueron pequeñas cosas como el color la gema tampoco la hice igual, quedo simple ya que si hago algo exagerado, piensan que utilice ia, asi que espero les guste en resultado final y chao
To finish, I start with the placement of the final details such as more lighting tones, a well-remarked black outline around the character, I add the distinctive background with dithering and additionally place a detail as if it had bioluminescent skin, and finally I adjust the colors so that it is not as opaque and dark as the original, then I fuse all the layers with the background, well it was the most similar, the only thing that changed were small things like the color of the gem, I didn't make it the same either, it remained simple since if I do something exaggerated, they think I use AI, so I hope you like it in the final result and bye
