𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐁𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝟏 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 [𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝟐]

Good day everyone, Welcome to the first edition of the @newbies-hive initiative team leaders report feedback, As we all know, the initiative is one of the best programs that assumes the responsibility of guiding and lecturing newbies about the necessities required to be successful on hive, So today, I'll be analyzing my assessment of each of the team 2 members, as regards their first tasks and the extent to which they have contributed since joining the initiative.

𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖

Basically, the report is focused on reviewing the team 2 members' submissions for the first task, which discusses the significance of setting smart goals for our hive growth journey, @starstrings01 listed the specifics of this task and its importance in his post, and a meeting was then held on Discord to provide a full explanation of the task and to answer any questions from initiative participants, the meeting recording and the questions that need to be answered for the first task are included in this post.

So, without wasting much time, allow me to introduce you to my wonderful team members. I'll also give you my general evaluation on how they performed, most of which has already been discussed in their article's comments section.

𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝟐 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐒 𝟏

In contrast to the norms we are used to, this section of the initiative divided participants into three teams, and I just so happened to be the team leader of the eight wonderful participants in team 2. My team members truly made me proud in this situation for the effort and attention they put on each detail to make their post top-notch; the list of my team members and a link to their task one response is provided below:

𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝟐 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒

Every single member of my team performed brilliantly on task one; in fact, one of my team members was the first to submit his task out of all the participants in all teams. In addition, they paid close attention to details, listened to my advice, each set a goal that was reasonable and within their power to achieve within the given timeframe, and finally, they published their task two days ahead of schedule, which I believe is deserving of a round of applause.

𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝟐 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝟏

Like I said earlier, everyone performed admirably, but @mercysugar and @glorydee stood out among the team's two members for their dedication and constant presence at team discussions and meetings. They also took their efforts to a new level by interacting with nearly every team member who participated in the task as well as those from other teams. @alidickson also performed admirably.

Overall, I'll say @mercysugar was the best of all the participants in team 2 for their first task, and I'd love to encourage her to keep up the good work. As a reward for all of her efforts, I'll set her up as a 10% beneficiary of this post reward, Since there are still more tasks to complete, I'd like to encourage my team members to engage in healthy competition in order to determine who will be the next best student.

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒

Being your team leader during this phase of your hive journey is a privilege I cherish, I'll love to advise everyone of you to keep yarning for knowledge, no man knows it all, the more research and ask questions ie the more you'll get to know about hive at large, also I'll love to encourage us to remain committed to this program, do things at the right time and also participate in team discussion, cheers 🥂 to my future whale 🐋.

𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

In conclusion, the team 2 members are a wonderful group of people who I do much adore for their commitment despite the enormous activities they must attend to offline. I am very proud of them and I hope they'll continue to increase the rate at which they participate.

I'll love to appreciate my co team leaders @nkemakonam89 and @hopestylist for their relentless support and advice, you guys are simply the best, also I'll like to appreciate the chancellor @starstrings01 for the love he continually show in making sure newbies find their foot on the blockchain, thanks for all you do sir, appreciation to the initiative curators @theycallmedan @aliento for their enormous support.
