CHANGES I'LL IMPLEMENT IF I BECOME YOUNGER

Many of us have, at one stage or another, missed an opportunity in the past that we wished we had the power to go back in time and utilize to the fullest. In some other people's cases, it was a mistake or wrong decision that they usually wish they could go back in time to rectify, and this brings me to the junction where I'll be examining an opportunity to go back in time and what I'll do differently if I were privileged.

De-aging, or reducing in age, is a thing that comes with two sides, while on the other hand, it seems to have an opportunity to right the wrong, start afresh, or put things in place. Beyond how we've previously done it, another is that it can cause a delay or backwardness for the person involved, and instead of going to the past to right some wrongs, one can easily work on the present and thereby make the future to their taste.

Well, without further ado, in this article I'll be sharing an insight into the things I'll do differently if I were to have the ability to reduce my age and go back in time, and it was inspired by the hive learners community prompt. Although it's worthy of note that I can also choose not to reduce my age according to the topic, I'll be going with the common just like everyone else. I hope you'll enjoy the read.

I can remember when I was much younger, I wasn't too good academically, and this prompted some of my peers to mock me by the time our results were out because it was usually a terrible sight to behold, and these led to me wishing that I could go back in time or restart my education and that I would vow to be more serious so I could get good grades. Of course, this outburst while I was being mocked usually led to another round of laughter and mockery, but after some conversation with my grandmother, I was able to develop myself at the stage I was at the stage I was at the stage I was, even without having to restart school.

But that was then, and I'm glad I was about to rectify that issue without de-aging or restarting school, but this is a different case, and there are many opportunities that have passed me by in the past that I wish I did differently, and if I have the privilege to go back, I'll definitely retify a lot of things. I can remember having many dreams while growing up and even having a time frame I stipulated for each of them, and up until now most have yet to be accomplished, and those set ages have passed by.

One of those things are:

  • Be more serious with my programming studies and practices: Although the institution I attended taught us little or nothing about the practical aspects of programming, many of my colleagues found ways to learn it outside, and these have in the end had a huge impact on their lives compared to mine when it comes to a deep understanding of our subject matter and the input it adds to our finances. While I work as a teacher and earn peanuts.

These guys literally earn what I earn in a month on one gig. I know you want to advise me about the possibility of still learning it now, but I've got a lot on my mind regarding those who depend on me and other stuff I've got to do to make ends meet, and dedicating time for programming between all these tasks will only make me break down completely.

  • Invest in BTC at its inception: The price of BTC is one of the few things that took the world by storm. Who can imagine that a coin that was once sold at 1 is not sold at 27 million dollars, and yet hardly anyone envisioned this? Although I didn't know about it when it was less than a dollar, I found out about it in 2012, and it was just 13 dollars then. I had no money or financial knowledge about it then, and these made me wave it off when an opportunity to invest in it came, so in a situation where I can go back in time, I'll surely be getting a bunch of it, even if it means using my school fees to do that.
  • Others: There are many other things I'll do differently, such as some decisions I made in the past, some places I worked, which I believe are one of the things that mar my life, and many other aspects, such as my relationship with God, my spiritual life with God, and many others.

There are many other things I'll do differently, such as some decisions I made in the past, some places I worked, which I believe are one of the things that mar my life, and many other aspects, such as my relationship with God, my spiritual life with God, and many others. The reason these are there is because I felt I'd missed something at one point or another, and if I were privileged to go back, I'd do things right, have a better life, have a concrete standing with God, and much more.

That's about all the things I'll do if I had the power to de-age or grow back younger to a point in my life. I hope you enjoyed the read. It's an entry for the hive learners community prompt for the 1 edition of the 59th week of the features post.

Thanks so much for your time, have a blessed week ahead.

Though it is better to start young and start early, you can still do it now.

We can start a new life, we can change for the better, we can start learning and investing and many things we can do as long as life is with us. Let us live our life to the fullest without compromising our health.

Yea those are true and could be achieved, but if someone like me decided to pause my present life, I most likely put an halt to many other life's connected to me,that's why I felt I can't any longer, but I a situation when I can go back in time, then I would have done it easily then, because the dependency wasn't has much as it's now.

Programming and any other tech skills is the oil money in the world right now but it takes a person with a lot of strength to be successful in it because its not for the weak. I know you have miss a lot of opportunities but you are still doing great man and you should be grateful.

Yes I'm grateful dear, just sighting some examples, but you can help me ministry, so I'll be more grateful .

Programming is indeed for a dedicated mind and requires loads of time, which is something I no longer have

Who would have envisioned Bitcoin getting to what it is today. It really pained me and I wouldn't blame myself much because I didn't understand much about it. I even thought crypto was blood money and a child of God shouldn't be involved 😅😅😅

But right now, the only thing is to keep moving forward. Thanks to Hive, we can still grab the opportunity and we are already doing that.
