Achieving Your Ideal Body: The Synergy of Diet and Exercise
Staying in shape is an essential part of our wellbeing as humans, because either too slim or too big comes it with lapses, but being in a perfect shape as none, because it's literally an evidence of good living and wellness. A lot of people go through different mediums to stay in shape, from indulging in exercise to dieting, and both seem to lead to the same endpoint, but then is one greater than the other or one if above? If so, in this article I'll shape my take on these and many more relating to staying in shape.
To start with, it's worth noting that both controlling what we eat—that's, dieting and exercising—are both good and advisable for anyone who wants to live a healthy and fulfilling life void of regular breakdowns and illness, and so it's essential we indulge in them as they can play a huge role in helping us stay in shape, avoid unnecessary nutrients that might be harmful to us, and many more.
Taking about controlling our meal for a start, when you look at some people, they literally eat anything and everything without giving a damn about the amount of calories or other stuff inside such foods, and that can go on to affect one's health and ultimately lead to inflammation of different body parts. Another is the odd time at which people eat; you'll see some people eat as late as 12am and sleep a few minutes thereafter; this isn't ideal, and because such meals won't digest well, it usually leads to growing belly fat and ruining the perfect shape we always wanted.
On the other hand, exercising is also good, and indulging in it regularly often helps us control the shape of our body and as well helps us burn excess fat and the like. Indulging in exercise is very essential, not just because we want to lose weight or gain it, but also because it helps stabilize our breath, improve our resilience, improve our health, and boost our humor system capacity.
So while I believe both are great and can really go a long way in helping one stay in shape and achieve the desired shape they've always envisioned, it's worth noting that I believe one won't be enough in achieving this when the other is left out. When it comes to keeping fit and having the desired shape, we must be able to merge both dieting and exercising together to achieve a quick and consistent result that won't fade off.
I said this because I for one fell short in both aspects for most of my life, and this led to me gaining more body fat and growing bigger and bigger by the day. I'm not really pleased with this and know I need to take a step to reinstate the shape I wanted, but I eat late at night, eat anything, and yet I don't exercise more than walking that I do, which isn't really consistent in the evening.
So when I finally decided I've had enough and want to take a step in changing this, I stated off by paying a visit to a gym in my neighborhood, signed up for a membership, and began indulging in relentless and rigorous exercise that is aimed at me losing weight and staying in shape. However, after about a month of doing this, I realized that although now I feel more flexible, there aren't really many chances in my shape, and that was when someone else I meet at the gym shares their story with me.
The lady told me of how she used to weigh over 80 kg and how she opted for a change, and after indulging in committed dieting and exercising, she was able to drop off most of those weights, and now she weighs just about 58 kg. At first, I didn't believe her until she showed me a photo of her then and now, and I was in awe at such a drastic change, and so I picked interest in what she had to say.
So she told me I've got to cut down on the quality of food I eat for a start, and aside from that, I also need to going forward always vet the quality of calories I consume in a day, and if not, while I'm burning calories at the gym, I'll be refilling back at home after eating, so to avoid that, I need to embark on a calories deficit journey going forward, and as I do that alongside my exercises, it'll help me consume fewer calories than I'm burning, and ultimately that'll help me lose weight and achieve my desired shape.
I've been on this journey now for just about a week, and I'm still trying to cut down on my quality of food. It's not really easy being someone who's used to eating much before, but gradually I'm reducing the quality and also trying to watch the quality of calories present in each meal I eat. Going forward, I hope this reduces more and that my desire shape will be achieved ultimately, so with that being said, my conclusion is that dieting and exercising should be combined to get the perfect desire shape.

What an incredible story. This is proof that consistency can lead to incredible results. Like the lady you mentioned.
Yea that's absolutely correct, when you'll consistently, it pays off.
From over 80 to 58 is an inspiring story.
I agree that a combination of both is crucial to bring the desired result. Nevertheless, it demands consistency. Hehe.
Yes are transforming was indeed inspiring and a motivation to me.
Thanks for your awesome feedback.
Without consistently indulging in both, changes can't be achieved indeed.
