The Secret of Rain | Part III

Kirana was amazed and did not expect what she saw at that time. Her eyes sparkled and stunned when she looked at Indra, her tiny hands accepted the chocolate that Indra thrusted at her. Instantly a sweet smile tugged at the corners of her lips.

"From where, why are you suddenly here?" Kirana asked Indra. Indra's eyes were fixed on Kirana's side, intending to sit beside Kirana. "May I sit beside you?" Indra asked Kirana asking for permission to sit beside Kirana.

Indra looked at Kirana with a sad look on her face "why are you crying" Indra asked Kirana. Kirana was sad again and answered Indra's question with a slightly adorable facial expression in the eyes of the senses "I just got laid off from work" Kirana said to Indra

"So why should you be sad?" Indra intended not to force Kirana to tell a long story about the incident that had just happened to Kirana. Indra doesn't want to make Kirana sadder by remembering what happened to Kirana.

"I'm confused after this what I should do, with jobs it's hard to find at this time" Kirana complained to Indra. Indra also replied casually "calm down, everything will be fine as long as you believe in God"

Indra intends to calm Kirana, "I'm confused what to do and where to go after this Indra" again Kirana complained about her fate to Indra. Immediately Indra took out a card from his wallet and handed it to Kirana "my office accepts you anytime, just come. Indra said spontaneously.

Kirana didn't expect it and she immediately accepted it happily "turns out you're the CEO now" Kirana asked with an innocent face "eeeeemp" Indra answered with just a smile.

As time passed, they unknowingly spent a lot of time under the shady tree. It was already time for lunch, Indrapun without hesitation invited Kirana to have lunch together. "It's noon, let's have lunch together first," said Indra with a slight smile at Kirana.

Kirana immediately got up from her seat while holding her stomach which was starting to growl "It's okay, I'm already a little hungry, heheheeh" Kirana replied with a low laugh. Indra immediately led the way to the car and opened the car door allowing Kirana to enter the car like the queen of his heart's dream.

Kirana was flattered by Indra's very polite and understanding treatment towards her. Kirana entered without refusing and was very pleased with Indra's treatment of her. The sadness that Kirana faced faded slightly with Indra's arrival at this time.

They walked around the city while looking at the restaurant that suits them. “Where do we eat…?” Indra asked to make sure Kirana wanted what was their first lunch menu at that time. "It's up to you, I'll go with you," Kirana replied without much request.

Finally they found a fancy restaurant that Indra and his co-workers frequented frequently. Kirana felt awkward when she was invited to the restaurant by Indra, because she had never been to such a luxurious restaurant in her life. "Shall we sit here...?" Kirana asked Indra. Her sharp eyes traced every corner of the place and Kirana was very happy in his heart.

Kirana doesn't believe that Indra is the CEO, all this time she thinks that Indra is just an unemployed person in Jakarta. With Indra's dress style, which is very far from the CEO category and very, very not reflecting as a CEO.

After they finished having lunch with Kirana, Indra was brought home. They ended their second meeting after a rainy day that afternoon. Kirana was happy that she felt many things today, she was treated like a very special girl like a fairy who was broken up and reunited with a handsome and kind prince.
