This month I am a stranger, far from the internet and far from the workspace I have created at home. Although I have my phone to keep illustrating, I also have a pad and some markers so I don't lose the habit of doodling from time to time.

Today I worked with pointillism, one of the plastic techniques that I like the most, but that takes the most time... Or at least I take my time, hours and hours doing pointillism 😅.

I chose Wrackoo because I like green and because I think he has the same vibe of Silvestre, my mom's cat who by the way is quite grumpy and very energetic 😁.

Este mes soy foránea, estoy lejos del internet y lejos del espacio de trabajo que he creado en el hogar. Aunque tengo el teléfono para seguir ilustrando, también un block y unos marcadores para no perder el hábito de garabatear de vez en cuando.

Hoy trabajé con puntillismo, una de las técnicas plásticas que más me gusta, pero que más tiempo lleva... O al menos yo me tomo mi tiempo, horas y horas haciendo punticos 😅

Elegí a Wrackoo porque me gusta el verde y porque creo que tiene la misma vibra de Silvestre, el gato de mi mamá que de paso es bastante gruñón y muy energético 😁

Un boceto para empezar a rellenar, dibujé solo la cabeza porque no tenía tantos marcadores para darle los tonos que necesitaba en el resto del cuerpo.

Starting with light green, the areas where the light is projected are marked by making fewer dots and the darker ones with more grouped dots.

This I should have done at the beginning but aha, I was still on time, this way the color sections are more noticeable.

With red and orange I made the part of the ears. The other option was a very bright fuchsia. I had to substitute some colors. There was no choice, I like the way it is looking with those colors.

Con rojo y naranja hice la parte de las orejas. La otra opción era un fucsia muy chillón. Tuve que sustituir algunos colores. No había opción, me gusta como se está viendo con esos colores.

Already here I had two hours making dots, I left some areas in white because the other option was to use grey color, although the ink was very dark and I better forget about that idea.
