Shattered Dreams/ Video Art

This artwork is part of my emotional portrait series. On this I wrote, "Dear rain, come wash off all my efforts. Let it be that I never tried at all. Then maybe someday, when I am reborn, I will build again."

A bit of a personal philosophy I have that if there is little or no reward and so much effort is being made then it is technically better to not try at all. That philosophy is inherently wrong but as one person with limited time on earth, it's is only natural to desire some form of renumeration from work done. I'm sure physics would agree.
