Adapting to Modern: Prepare to Get More Rebellion Soul Bound Reward Cards Part 15

Prelude
Welcome back to another new post on Adapting to Modern where I look at how I crossed over from playing in Wild Battles till today on Modern Battles, sharing with the community the struggles, the strategies and things I do to move towards playing in Modern. Time really passed so quickly and I've come to the 15th edition of my post, which I've already covered more than half of the cards that have been released.

Due to the widespread of the reward cards in daily ranked gameplay, I myself have been loading up my glint and opening up chest in order for me to obtain more Soul Bound reward cards and also to seek opportunity to level them up.

Because we just had an end to a season, I also did my purchases and levelled up some of my cards as seen below:

Both of which are cards that I have more tendency to be using. So hoping that these card will continue to hold strength to strength for me as I brace through a new season.

Rebellion Soul Bound Reward Cards

I've gathered a little more card but none were able to accumulate enough for me to level them up. However one notable card was the Thanalorian Blade which I mentioned I would love to have a copy of it and additional I've gotten Gold Foils for Halaran Huntress and Arachne Weaver, a very decent end of season.

Today we will continue looking through another 2 new soul bound rewards card from Life Splinter of which both are legendary cards. So let's begin today's sharing.

Frigid Wolf

First card that we will look at today is the Frigid Wolf. I love the art on this card. Really very nice done up. While on the stat line, the attack is limited to at most 2 melee, for a 1 mana card with charge this is more than sufficient. Charge is a really good ability for a card to hide within the lineup but able to do some damage to the front tank of your opponent. To me, this is even better than the usual fiend purpose which most of the time is being used as a meat shield. Thank you developers for giving us additional options for lineups. A very good addition to the life splinter lineup.

Gallicus

Next card to look at will be yet another Life Splinter Legendary card, Gallicus. I do have a copy for this and certainly will like to obtain more of this card knowing how much good abilities it will be loaded upon levelling up. At level 1, it will probably set you thinking what is the goodness of this card. But we need to look further. When this card levels up, it will become a menace to deal with especially in little league where stats are already not huge. Imagine facing a meat field that taunts, shields, strengthen and also give headwinds. When there is no magic, this card becomes even scarier. Pairing it up with a Spirit Hoarder, we can enhanced the survivability of this card by alot. Not many other taunt cards pack with such good abilities. Really strong card but needs to be levelled up.

Assessment
My take and assessment will be that both legendary cards reviewed today are crazily strong especially Gallicus when it reach level 2 and beyond where its abilities start showing up. Frigid Wolf will work fine at level 1 though higher level gives it more survivability.

In terms of rating, both cards are in the 4.5/5 region. So try to get as many copies as you can and consider saving up glint for pushing of rarity draws to improve chances though legendary chest require a truck load worth of glint, for a legendary, why not?

As I do up the review of various cards, I continue to learn about the cards and also help to share what I've learned to the community so that we can all know more about these cards.
