There are very few voices that speak of Cuba without pandering to political power, and the OP is a rare and cherished glimpse of your life and values that is unique in my experience.
"There is still an opportunity to design effective and attractive policies to make the IT sector a safe source of foreign currency..."
It is fundamental to a society to look ahead from a view that takes in history if that history is to enable attainable goals to be developed and create a better world for those that follow. Cuba is fortunate to have native sons that do.
Thanks!

Thanks my friend for your encouraging feedback here. I am sure you have noted my general thinking concerning politics and ideologies, but I will be sincere in my valuations every time I show up here, and for sure I will never endorse bad management. I don´t have a good feeling when it comes to our current rulers, they are not showing any sign of being ready to adopt the proper measures to get out of our humongous crisis. I went out today to a very commercial zone in Havana, and damn I came home very obfuscated with how things are going on rn here.
I hope you never fall to the deception that your work, your values, and your life have not mattered. I have been through that before, and have from time to time also been astounded that some insignificant thing I said or did turned out to be fundamental to someone else. We can't know what impact we have on others, and that we do have unpredictable impacts but emphasizes we should found our words and deeds on sound principles, because then the incidental things we say or do that do become important to others further those principles we have found superable.
