The Battle Continues | The Explosive Weaponry & Born Again Strategy

It is splinterland time, it is actually fully scrolling through the auction section just to see how users are competing to claim the new top monster cards Heloise, congrats to the team because it is actually going as plan, that particular card price is really huge and since there are only 100 copies, I bet people will be willing to rent them out since they really pay a lot of it and hoping to use it more in battle, have been checking the sale and rent market section incase someone is willing to list it out, but up till now nothing, have watch couple of battle which involve Heloise and it was really a fatal one so far as long as there are still non-weary card present but no matter how OP a card can be, it will still have some weakness within. The regular foil card price do end around 1.5m dec at most but yesterday Goil Foil was the interesting part, before I really do wonder what is actually interesting about GF cards apart from the extra % in wins reward and increase in collection power, Heloise Gf was on fire yesterday after someone brought it with 14m dec, like for real, I was still thinking 5m was too overprice until the last bid came in, that is really a lot but kudos to the buyer, he will know what to do with it.

This week battle strategy is based on this particular ruleset Explosive weaponry which give all cards the blast ability, at some point i kind of like this ruleset a lot because of the extra side effect damages since it dealt half the damage of your attack, most times when I come across this ruleset and we had enough mana capped, I do love to consider 3 things in my selection, first is the speed, in most cases I do make sure I pick the available element that can have a swiftness ability to add more to my speed so as to be able to attack first which can give you more option to weaken his cards, the more speed the more advantage, second option is to use cards high strength cards since the extra damage will take half of your strength and lastly was the use of martyr cards to boost your most strong cards, there is no way you will come across this kind of battle without considering any of this 3 option.

This particular ruleset combo in this battle triggered the last option which is using martyr cards, we had 26mana with explosive weaponry, Born again and Blood and sunder ruleset, since we had fire, earth and dragon element available I went all in with the earth element and also use a conscript summoner to summoner a gladiator which will be my strong monster card to rely on ( I tag it the fate decider). I picked Fungus Flinger as my frontline, it can't attack but i need it because of the martyr and also for it to resurrect itself then place Quora Towershead next to it, a gladiator with healing and immune which I really need then place Venari Marksrat next, my intention was to boost Quora 4x using martyr and in case it destroy other opponent cards, the bloodlust can also triggers. The last card I picked was Halaran Huntress which can attack from any position as a melee card due to the charge ability but somehow I know it cant really survive this battle

Wasn't really surprised with my opponent choice but I really give it to him with his selection, just looking at it, you will think I'm done for but my placement was really good against it, he destroy Fungus first (2x) which increase quora strength and I destroy two of his card with Quora which increase the strength and speed to 14 and 8 and that make it invisible to some option and at 12 speed with 22 attacks, I knew the battle is a win for me since his remain cards won't stand a chance against it. It was really a good strategy to follow which really gave me the win I need.
