Recurring Expenses I Can't Do Without

Wow, we are already in day 2 and today is kind of fast or maybe because I finally decided to step out instead of staying indoor all day and like they usually say, January is one of the longest month in a year, I really hope this January won't be like that, just went through the hive naija community and I saw there is a new prompt already, the first prompt of the year and I will stay it is really a lovely one talking about our recurring expenses that we cant do without.

I'm really someone that do watch the way I spend because I really don't like wasteful spending or should I say I just don't want to spend at least for now and that is because I have some plans/target I set for myself and I'm really working hard and smart to achieve so that made me reduce all my spending habit and prefer staying at home but nevertheless no matter how I cut my cloth there are still some certain things I have to close my eyes to do and one of it is Data, yes data is life and without data life will really be boring at some point, yes very boring and I do know how I feel anytime I'm short of data and broke to even afford my regular monthly subscription. I make sure to manage the 93gb data I do every month on glo since the network is really good in my new area and it cost nothing less than 15k for that data plan, I always make sure I look for cheap data plans price but with more data, I use to do mtn 150gb monthly plans anytime I'm in Lagos before 75gb normal data and 75gb data bonus but those people decided to cut everything short to 75gb normal data and 35gb bonus and also move the price up a bit to 16k last I checked.

Reason why I spend such amount is due to the online games I'm always playing which do chop data, I play splinterlands, godunchained, call of duty among others every day (my daily routine) and I also surf the net to gather informations around and also to see more opportunities to generate incomes.

Another aspect that I can't do without is Dstv/netflix subscriptions, I'm someone that love watching movies a lot, I won't call myself a movie freak though but I always multi-task, anything I do, I always watch movies beside it and netflix have some amazing set of movies coming in that one can't even try to miss and also I have other movies app that give me free access to other movie channel like hulu, paramount plus and the rest. Lastly is Food, I don't do this all the time but I do it once in a week because to me it is fun and really important, I cook a lot at home and at times I will be tired eating my own food, so whenever I have this kind of feelings, I just make sure I order or branch at a restaurant to chop the life of my head.
