Hard Decision In Hard Times

With the state of the economy right now even though it is what we weren't really expecting but like they use to say, it is what it is, most people had to buckle up their financial belt and start looking for possible means to make extra income, I decided to do the same at some point. I could remember back in the days when I told myself I won't be making any attempt to venture into any offline business and just stick with any online investment that can yield enough apr after making my research on it, at some point I stick with some stable coin investment, got some tokens that can rack in some returns on a long term as long as they aren't depreciating but things really change since the new president step in because everything is now 4x higher in price.

To live averagely now look impossible since the income is really low in terms of what is going out, my friend once told me he is now seeing himself as a poor person and I just laugh and ask why, he was like, with what he is earning right now, he can't even afford some things he can comfortable afford years ago, the cost of living is really killing the living and no matter how he try to cut is cloth, it is still more than his income. He decided to venture into a new business which as usual require some high capital to see good returns and as a side hustle, after some weeks, he told me about it and also mention the Roi attached to it in some months time, at first I was kind of skeptical about it plus it require some advertisement and the capital isn't available for me but after thinking it through and imagining the possible outcome and the side effect (just incase), I decided to go against my words and join him in the business which wasn't bad and I must say it really shake my finance and I got broke and choked.

Well, first few month really went well as expected, then all of a sudden the main body made one drastic decision which somehow bring in some fear all of a sudden, I was like wow is this how this investment will just go offshore, this is one reason why I don't really want to do offline business because it is somehow risky and can fold up, but after few complains we found a way around it till they retract their decision which put our mind at rest and that stood for some month unknowingly to everyone, they didn't really really retract but just want to calm the water down a little bit before striking again which they later did, now we all are having mixed feelings and also hoping we can find a way around this huge drastic decision this time around but the business is cool if things go well and I won't think it twice before investing in it again.
