Buffing Weapon Training Effect With Martyr | Testing Out Zyriel Power

Zyriel promo sales is currently going on and there is still 28days left to the finally round up with around 11,243 card still available which is still huge even though it is now selling on the external market immediately for like 38$ for pure card while gold foil is selling around 250$, I had to run the calculate and I was really shocked, promo is currently selling around 66$ while some were listing it for 38-40$ which is a total loss for them, just imagine how come but never the less, have you test out how powerful this card can be and how it is changing some strategy with the weapon training ability it possess among others even though the card health is way low or should i say average but still working out well.

I'm yet to purchase the card but i just decided to give it a try by renting lvl 1 of it since based on the stats, there is little different between each levels and it has the weapon training and leech ability, I have watch some higher league battle and see how this cards performed when paired with non-attacking monster card, just that those attack are limited since as a range attackers they cant attack as a frontline until the rule say so, below is the first zyriel battle I had with iceledy in a 29 mana capped match with the explosive weaponary which give all cards the blast ability and also the noxious fumes which poision all card at the start of each turn, since I'm currently battling in the lower league, it didnt show the full start of most of the cards I use, I had to pick the death element among others since I have some cards that are immune to the poison.

In this battle, the two rule combo are really deadly and if you don't play your cards well, the chance of been destroyed easily is really high so I had to think twice to decide what I will bring on board, first of all is Harklaw with the shield and immune ability which can act in the frontline position then I put venari marksrat next to it with the martyr ability so it can be destroy easily and the martyr ability activated to boost harklaw and gelatinous cube which is a non attacking card but will get a range attack from zyriel that is next to it. I had to trying that 3 combo to see how effective martyr will have on cube then I make use of kinjo and chicken to hold the backline position. It really played out well as i expect because marksrat was destroyed almost immediately and that activate the martyr and boost the stats and the more cube got damage, the more it scavenger boost the health anytime a card is destroyed which make it stay strong in battle. I also noticed something when I use zyriel the second time, it was something I didn't really expect or I thought will serve as a change with the card, I noticed anytime zyriel got destroyed in battle, all the adjacent monster card that obtain the attacking power will lose the power they gain from zyriel. I actually thought the attack will stay permanent till they got destroyed which will even be more interesting. This means to make the attack last long, we have to protect zyriel by all means (another cards to protect in battle).

You can check the second battle link to confirm, due to the low health, the opportunity monster card lira the dark was able to attack it at some point but I still won the battle flawlessly.
