Reusing Christmas Paraphernalia

As a general principle, I like to reuse paraphernalia. People who are careful can get several uses out the wrapping paper used for gifts. The bows used for gifts are also reusable.

However, I would like to point out that putting a ribbon on the head of a cat is not a proper reuse of a bow. For that matter such actions are border line animal abuse as one can tell from the indignant look on the cat's face.

The secong picture shows my family's artificial Christmas Tree. I recall purchasing this tree back in the 1970s.

A good artificial tree can save scores of living trees from the axe. BTW, this tree may have been used for two different Christmas celebrations this year.
