My Boudoir photographs (ENG/ESP)
Hello friends again, this time I am going to show Boudoir photographs. Some time ago I didn't know its meaning, although I was already taking them. When I knew about this term and what it was, it was easier for me to describe the kind of pictures I was taking and at the same time it was easier for the model to understand it.
Hola amigos nuevamente, esta vez voy a mostrar fotografías del tipo Boudoir. Hace un tiempo atrás no sabía su significado, aunque ya las estaba realizando. Cuando supe de este término y qué era, me fue mas fácil describir el tipo de fotos que hacía y a su vez era mas sencillo para la modelo entenderlo.
I am not going to go into details about what this genre covers, only that it is a sensual, intimate type of photos, where the woman can feel proud of her body, even without showing much. I maintain that insinuating is more sensual than showing.
No voy a ahondar en detalles que es lo que abarca este género, solamente que es un tipo de fotos sensual, íntimo, en donde la mujer puede sentirse orgullosa de su cuerpo, incluso sin mostrar mucho. Yo sostengo que insinuar es más sensual que mostrar.
In general, and I'm not saying that this is always the case, women are much more determined than men to show their bodies. On several occasions I have been asked that they don't dare to do nudes and I explain to them that they don't necessarily have to be nude. They start with simple photos, playing at being daring and little by little they gain confidence and security both with the photographer and with themselves.
Por lo general, y no digo que siempre sea así, la mujer es mucho más decidida que el hombre a mostrar su cuerpo. En varias ocasiones me han planteado que no se animan a hacer desnudos y les explico que no necesariamente deben ser desnudos. Se comienza con fotos sencillas jugando a ser atrevidas y poco a poco van tomando confianza y seguridad tanto con el fotógrafo como sigo mismas.
The issue is to give time to the environment, it's like going from a cold environment to a warm one, you have to go slowly so that the body adapts, well I don't know if it's a very valid comparison, but something like that.
El tema es dar tiempo a la ambientación, es como pasar de un ambiente frío a uno cálido, hay que ir despacio para que el cuerpo se adapte, bueno no sé si es una comparación muy válida, pero algo así.
Another issue I have been asked is that they have no experience and in reality, except in a few cases, they are girls who want to take photos because they enjoy it and like photography and in other cases they have already had more experience and know how to move and what they want. For me it is a satisfaction when I show them the first shots and they are surprised by their own image and that's when you see the enthusiasm.
Otro de los temas que me han planteado es que no tienen experiencia y en realidad, salvo pocos casos, son chicas que se quieren hacer fotos porque les divierte y le gusta la fotografía y en otros casos ya han tenido más experiencia y saben como moverse y que es lo que quieren. Para mi es una satisfacción cuando les muestro las primeras tomas y se sorprende de su propia imagen y es ahí cuando se ve el entusiasmo.
Another issue that is often raised is the location. Sure, if we have a hotel in the Caribbean with a blue sea and white sandy beaches, that's beautiful (if someone lends it to me, I'll be very happy), but it's not a prerequisite. Any place where you can create an intimate, simple atmosphere, with soft lights, can become a perfect place, in fact, there are many productions made in abandoned places. I have taken pictures in my house, in the house of the interested party, in the open air, in photographic studios with all the equipment, in abandoned places, etc.
Otro tema que se plantea a menudo es el lugar. Claro, si tenemos un hotel en el Caribe con un mar azul con playas de arena blanca, eso si es hermoso (si alguna persona me lo presta, voy a estar muy feliz), pero no es condición indispensable. Cualquier lugar donde se pueda crear un ambiente íntimo, sencillo, con luces suaves, puede convertirse en un lugar perfecto, de hecho, hay muchas producciones realizadas en lugares abandonados. Yo he realizado fotos en mi casa, en la casa de la interesada, al aire libre, en estudios fotográficos con todo el equipamiento, en lugares abandonados, etc.
Age doesn't matter either, I have taken pictures of women from 23 to 50 years old, I repeat, the important thing is that they feel comfortable and enjoy themselves and that, if they are not models, they don't have the obligation to be one. Play, have fun, laugh, have a good time.

La edad tampoco importa, he sacado fotos a mujeres de 23 años hasta 50 años, repito, lo importante es que se sientan cómodas y disfruten y que, si no son modelos, no tienen la obligación de serlo. Jueguen, diviértanse, rían, pásenla bien.
