DIY Bouquet For Teachers Day
Hello hive world, Its been a while since I share a craft in this wonderful community. To be honest, me, my daughter, and his classmate sell bouquet last Valentines Day. But we didn't sell real flowers, because we don't have money or capital to sell a that kind of product. Nowadays flower that made out of plastic or paper is more in demand. It surely stay fresh and alive, but fresh flowers will never lose path in markets.
The idea came from @katsuki29 classmate. His also the one who bought the materials that going to be used in the bouquet. Its called Satin flower. But to make more interesting my daughter print some butterflies and she patiently cut it one by one.
Materials
Satin Ribbon any color of desire Glue Stick
Glue Gun
Lighter
Stick
Wrapper for bouquet
Styrofoam
But for this craft we used the materials that found inside our house. The occasion was teachers day, Katsuki really loves to do a lot of craft. She's also a fast learner so she remember how to properly create a bouquet. What I observed after we sold more than 10 sets of satin bouquet is the overall outcome will depend on how it will properly wrapped. Like on my post today, all the materials that used are recycled .
The first photo; this are left overs when we made a bouquet last valentines. We also went out of satin ribbon so we just bought some chocolate candies for two teachers.
First Step
We used a glue stick and lighter to attach the chocolates to stick.
Second
We assemble it by placing it on a styrofoam.
Third
My daughter cut the butterflies and attach to the chocolates one by one. We need to be more creative because there are no ribbon this time.
It's time wrapped the chocolates or else I'm going to eat it lol.
Because we don't have any wrapper we used stuff. I know the teachers will be more happy to see this. Old books, excess manila paper and creep paper
Katsuki fold the paper and put stapler in the middle part. Set aside and start wrapping the bouquet. She told me it was more harder to wrapped specially when she's not using a real wrapper for a the bouquet.
I helped wrapping the bouquet we had a hard time finding the appropriate shape but it turns out that we did a great job on it.
And here's the finished product, out of scratch we made a beautiful bouquet for teachers day. I know it's not well detailed because the wrapping will take a hard time explaining it'll be more efficient if you'll watched it online. *I'm just here to share ways of how you can turned out an ordinary Candy to a special bouquet. *
