Way more time has passed than what I originally had in mind to now get to the final level soon. Things however continue to run properly and the mission to curate active bloggers who are on this platform for the long run remains ongoing.

As stated before, Level 36 Was sold out fully with 10 Shares to @ervin-lemark & 40 to @freecompliments (I will include those for bookkeeping's sake once the last level is out). Levels 37 and 38 were Burned as promised increasing the value of all shareholdes.

Level 35/36/37/38 Curation Dividends

The total Curation reward Pool for the previous 4 levels combined is 109 Hive (26.8+27.1+27.4+27.7). This will be the last round of curation rewards as all the Hive above 12465 HP will be added to the value of each share that can be recovered back in case the projects comes to an end one day or as extra value that can be sold to someone else for those who want out. The voting power continues to hold up healthy and upvotes will likely stay where they are unless they get under pressure if many that left during the bear market would come back when there is another bull market and adoption for Hive. For the last level I'm thinking of just having it open to existing shareholders who want to round up their shares. Feel free to reserve some shares in the comments, I aim to open the last level this month.

Hey @happyphoenix,

Existing shareholder for this last level are first in line. In case there are shares left a couple of days after level 39 opens up you will be able to get 3. Once Level 39 is done, it likely will be the final one and the only way to get in is if someone wants out and sells their shares.

As our ... "Fearless Leader" 😉 ... may I suggest, @upvoteshare / @costanza, when you deem it best, to provide some guidance on how these transfers would take place and the value of a share. Maybe written from the perspective of what your personal asking price might be ...

While not suggesting you would actually want to sell any of yours, I just know you have a keen financial mind and would be prudent and fair in coming up with a number.

It would be pretty straightforward. If the project ends, everyone gets the Hive back that they paid for their shares (minus the entry cost which was used to get some delegation), on top of this, they will get their part of the increase in hive power above level 39 based on their shares. To this point, this was done with the curation reward payouts.

Anyone can sell at any time but they need to find a buyer who also qualifies with content that is good enough to get the upvotes. As for the price, it's kind of up to supply and demand even though if there would be no buyers I would be happy to just refund what was put in (minus the exit cost of 0.2 Hive a share) and burn them all.

This is how it is covered in the terms & conditions

So if you ever want or need to sell shares, just give a shout and I'll make a post searching for someone who wants to buy them at a price you both agree upon. Once all 40 levels are out, I will make a complete list with all the shareholders and their shares + the value they have.

The long run is what it has always been about regardless of the Hive price which is quite a bit lower now compared to where Steem was when starting the project. I'm somewhat hoping for a new bull run with Hive getting more adoption and a nice price increase which would make the project shine as there will be no power downs and there is no dependency on delegation.

Regardless of what happens, I love the platform still after all these years and am not planning to go anywhere.

6 shares have been noted, you can give new spornsorships once the shares are out. The upvotes from the @minnowshares account still are set at those given in the previous level. once all shares are out, I'll make a final count to give some more of the reserved shares to those who got spornsored enough times and delegate the HP in that account to the main @upvoteshares account.

I've read that the shares are only for those who already own shares. If more shares would come available, I would be more than happy to buy 20 shares. :)

yeah, this is supposed to be the last level and the only real way to get shares in the future is if someone wants to sell theirs. I will likely keep open an option for more shares to be sold in the future is case there are 1 or 2 persons who want to buy a full batch of 50 which makes it easy on the administration. I'll provide more info once the next level is opened likely later this week.
