Greetings, Hive friends. Today I want to share with you what I eat in a day. It is an expressive and visual way of communicating a healing, nourishing, fun lifestyle that has allowed me to recover my health progressively, and that every day is a challenge to feel strong, healthy, and happy, because it is not only about losing weight but also about maintaining an eating rhythm that you feel like eating and that you can enjoy. Not every day is like that, but I try to make sure that most days of the week are nutritious meals, and above all, intuitive food.

My day almost always starts with coffee; it is my great ally, my most delicious impulse. I usually drink it cold, but today I had it hot. I also add cream and a pinch of salt; it gives a different touch, and I love it. I don't eat sugar, so for me this coffee, besides having a good amount of fat, gives me a satiety that I look for in the mornings because I don't usually eat breakfast so early, so it's my perfect drink.

Today I broke my fast at about 11 am. I don't really have a fixed breakfast-lunch-dinner structure; I try to eat when I'm really hungry, whatever time it is, and if time and place permit, I try to make it a fairly generous plate that allows me to feed, satiate and enjoy. Today I had a pretty tasty dish; I had a fish stick, some ground beef balls, a beet salad, quinoa and some eggplant batters. I added some cream cheese; I really enjoyed it and was very satisfied. Some of the ingredients in this dish were already cooked and others were prepared by me, a truly divine dish.

It provoked a dessert, so I had it. I don't usually snack; I hardly ever do, but when it triggers me, I eat it. I don't like to restrict myself from food; I've just gotten used to eating intuitively, so my body doesn't ask for dessert every day. Well, I guess I'm lucky there. This time I just had some stuff my daughter has in the fridge: some milk, oatmeal, chia, and blueberries, so I enjoyed it; it was delicious, cold, and I really craved it.

My last meal is before 7 at night, this allows me to digest food better and sleep well, in all my meals I try to always have animal protein, healthy fats, and a variety of vegetables, so to end my day a piece of whole wheat bread with an avocado base, two eggs fried in butter and mozzarella cheese, was more than enough for me, I must even say that it was an atypical day, today I ate more than usual, I really wanted to, but I enjoyed it a lot, I hope to continue sharing with you this lifestyle where I eat delicious, healthy and intuitive, I know how to give ideas when eating, I never thought I would eat like this, it has been a work of years, of searching for foods, time and a series of things, that allow me to feel good, Thank you for supporting me and for reading this little work. I also like to eat dinner before 7:00pm, which helps me sleep peacefully so my body is prepared to digest the glucose during the night in a satisfactory way and without excesses.
