Embracing September's End
Hello again fellow Hiveans! It’s been a while since the last time I’ve been here. I had to sort somethings out that I wish I could share with you guys but I don’t think it would be appropriate. Hope everyone’s been doing great.
It’s Monday again and I hope we all have a great workweek ahead. Mine got, thankfully, canceled. The work plan for today didn’t push through, giving me time to work on some of the admin tasks that had already piled up. With those out of the way – what a great way to start the week, right?
We finally reached the last week of September; Christmas is getting closer. We Filipinos are already a quarter done with our 4-month-long Christmas season. Since I might have a busy week again, here’s a sonnet to sum up September:
And aren't you feeling its festive onset?
Yes, I know it's been a rough September,
Perhaps it's better now, would you bet?
And will come October – a fresh new start.
With these remaining days let's make the most,
And new memories to keep in our heart.
The past has gone by, let's wave them goodbye.
Putting hope in tomorrows that warmly inform
For each hello, bids a softer goodbye.
Let’s hope for the best and keep the faith high.
As we bid farewell to September and look forward to the joys that the end of the year brings, let's carry the lessons we've learned and the strength we've gained into the coming months. Embrace the holiday spirit with open hearts, cherishing each moment and opportunity.
Let's end this year on a note of hope, joy, and shared happiness. Stay positive, stay connected, and let's make the rest of the year a memorable one! Happy early Christmas, everyone!
