Win Thousands of Dollars in Tournaments
If like me you don't usually check the Events tab of Splinterlands, do so now and see the huge number of tournaments open for you to take part in over the next few weeks. There are tournaments available for the next month, all of them with free entry and with rewards that can reach up to thousands of dollars!
The tournaments are divided into Wild and Modern and also have specific rules which I'll go into more detail shortly.
To take part it's very simple, just go to the Events 
tab and click View on the tournaments that catch your eye. If you meet all the two participation requirements, click on Enter and you'll be registered. These are the two requirements for each tournament (depending on the rules):
- Minimum amount of SPS
in Stake; - Minimum amount of Power cards that are eligible to be used in the tournament in question.
To understand which cards are eligible to be used in each tournament, you need to know all the rules that define this eligibility, so I'll introduce each one for you.
The first rule determines whether the tournament will be based on Modern or Wild ranked. You can see this specification just below the tournament title. In front you'll see the other existing rules, which are the Level Cap, Card Types and Edition.
Take this image as an example. In this tournament all cards are available (Wild) and will follow the Level Cap of the Bronze League, so the level of all cards will be limited as follows:
- Common cards level 3;
- Rare cards level 2;
- Epic cards level 2;
- Legendary cards level 1.
In addition, the use of Gold Foil cards will not be mandatory and only cards from the Alpha and Chaos Legion editions can be used. There will be tournaments that will not have this limitation of editions, while others will only allow the use of Gold Foil cards, greatly limiting the amount of players able to participate in these tournaments (you will need to reach the entire Power requirement considering only your purchased/rented Gold Foil cards).
In my case, despite having the required amount of SPS in Stake, I don't have any Gold Foil cards and so I can't register for any of the tournaments that have this rule 
. These are the existing rules for signing up and taking part in tournaments, now go to your Splinterlands and sign up for all the tournaments you can, after all it's free and you can get great rewards in SPS .

- Quantidade mínima de SPS em Stake;
- Quantidade mínima de Power de cartas que são elegíveis para ser utilizadas no torneio em questão.
Para entender quais cartas são elegíveis para serem utilizadas em cada torneio, você precisa conhecer todas as regras que definem essa elegibilidade, então irei apresentar cada uma para vocês.
A primeira regra determina se o torneio será baseado na ranked Modern ou Wild. Você pode visualizar essa especificação logo abaixo do título do torneio. Na frente você verá as outras regras existentes que são o Level Cap, Tipos de carta e Edição.
Observe essa imagem como exemplo. Neste torneio todas as cartas estão disponíveis (Wild) e obedecerão o Level Cap da Liga Bronze, portanto o level de todas as cartas serão limitados da seguinte forma:
- Cartas comuns level 3;
- Cartas raras level 2;
- Cartas épicas level 2;
- Cartas lendárias level 1.
Além disso não será obrigatório o uso de cartas Gold Foil e apenas cartas das edições Alpha e Chaos Legion poderão ser utilizadas. Existirão torneios que não possuirão essa limitação de edições, enquanto outros permitirão o uso apenas de cartas Gold Foil, limitando bastante a quantidade de jogadores habilitados a participar destes torneios (você precisará alcançar todo o requisito de Power considerando apenas suas cartas Gold Foil compradas/alugadas).
No meu caso, apesar de possuir a quantia necessária de SPS em Stake, eu não tenho cartas Gold Foil e por isso não consigo me inscrever em nenhum dos torneios que possui essa regra . Estas são as regras existentes para se inscrever e participar dos torneios, agora acesse já seu Splinterlands e se inscreva em todos os torneios possíveis, afinal é de graça e você poderá receber ótimas recompensas em SPS .
