PREÇOS NO FUNDO DO POÇO

Estamos vivenciando um Bear Market extremamente prolongado e isso é refletido na constante queda dos preços dos ativos que nós investimos. No Splinterlands isso não seria diferente e todos devem ter percebido a queda absurda nos preços das cartas ao longo desse período.

Além do contexto economico que estamos vivendo, os ativos do Splinterlands sofreram grandes desvalorizações por causa da baixa demanda do mercado que não consegue absorvar a imensa oferta de cartas que foram impressas desde o lançamento da Chaos Legion. Essa divergência tem gerado uma pressão de venda constante que aos poucos foi derrubando os preços das cartas até atingirmos os patamares atuais.

É claro que essa não é a situação ideal e o medo de investir se torna enorme considerando todo o cenário, mas talvez estejamos próximos de um momento de virada para o mercado e talvez seja uma ótima oportunidade para escolhermos às melhores cartas para aprimorar nossa coleção. OPORTUNIDADES SURGINDO

Durante o Bear Market nós vivemos alguns acontecimentos tenebrosos como o Crash da Terra Luna e recentemente o colapso da FTX e nesses dois casos os preços de muitas criptomoedas atingiu o seu fundo (por enquanto), mas desde então os preços tem se elevado pouco a pouco e apesar da baixa liquidez sempre que surgem novas quedas os principais suportes estão sendo defendidos. Isso mostra uma possível mudança de tendência que aos poucos está sendo estruturada com muitas notícias positivas como os recentes anúncios de ETF de Bitcoin e outras narrativas que estão sendo consolidadas.

Considerando esse contexto macroeconômico e as expectativas futuras para o Splinterlands baseado no seu Roadmap que está prevendo grandes alterações para o uso do SPS e o bloqueio de Bots na liga Moderna, é possível começar à enxergar um cenário de melhoria para o próximo ano.

Se você é alguém que gosta do Splinterlands e acredita que essas mudanças podem dar início à uma nova fase para o jogo (com a expectativa de que mais mudanças sejam feitas em prol de jogadores reais) então talvez o cenário esteja se tornando atrativo para assumir riscos e começar à ampliar seus investimentos. Os objetivos podem ser diferentes para cada pessoa, no meu caso a principal meta é ampliar minha coleção com cartas boas para me tornar cada vez mais competitivo no Gold I e eventualmente iniciar minhas aventuras na liga Diamante.

ESCOLHA BEM

Se você já tem seus objetivos definidos e assim como eu também considera que aos poucos o cenário está se tornando mais otimista, talvez seja a hora de analisar quais ativos estão apresentando o melhor risco/retorno e iniciar seus aportes. Eu estou avaliando no Peakmonsters quais as cartas que seriam mais úteis para a minha coleção.

Para avaliar eu levo em consideração as minhas partidas e observo quais as cartas alugadas que eu mais utilizo e que me oferecem a maior taxa de vitória. Dentre essas cartas as melhores (no quesito vitória vs preço) entram para a lista de aquisição que será executada em breve. Também é possível fazer essa análise com base nos times que você enfrenta pois aprender com seu oponente sempre é algo positivo.

Eu lembro que meses atrás os preços dessas cartas estava 3x maior e no ano anterior esses valores eram ainda mais altos. Apesar de ser um risco enorme adquirir ativos que estão com o preço em queda por tanto tempo, o retorno que essas cartas podem nos proporcionar é enorme e para mim vale a pena correr esse risco. Já estou escolhendo quais cartas quero comprar, e você, quais são os seus planos para o Splinterlands?

ROCK BOTTOM PRICES

We are experiencing an extremely prolonged Bear Market and this is reflected in the constantly falling prices of the assets we invest in. In the Splinterlands this would be no different and everyone should have noticed the absurd drop in card prices over this period.

Besides the economic context we are living in, Splinterlands assets have suffered large devaluations because of the low market demand that cannot absorb the huge supply of cards that have been printed since the release of Chaos Legion. This divergence has generated a constant selling pressure that has been slowly driving down card prices to the current levels.

Of course this is not the ideal situation and the fear of investing becomes huge considering the whole scenario, but maybe we are close to a turning point for the market and maybe it is a great opportunity to choose the best cards to enhance our collection. Want to know what are the factors that make me believe this? Keep reading this post and you will find out!

OPPORTUNITIES ARISING

During the Bear Market we experienced some grim events like the Terra Luna Crash and recently the FTX collapse and in those two cases the prices of many cryptocurrencies reached their bottom (for now), but since then the prices have risen bit by bit and despite low liquidity whenever new drops appear the main supports are being defended. This shows a possible trend change that is slowly being structured with a lot of positive news like the recent announcements of Bitcoin ETF and other narratives that are being consolidated.

Considering this macroeconomic context and the future expectations for Splinterlands based on their Roadmap which is predicting major changes to the use of SPS and the blocking of Bots in the Modern league, one can begin to see an improving scenario for the coming year.

If you are someone who enjoys Splinterlands and believes that these changes can usher in a new phase for the game (with the expectation that more changes will be made on behalf of real players) then perhaps the scenario is becoming attractive to take risks and start expanding your investments. The goals can be different for each person, in my case the main goal is to enlarge my collection with good cards to become more and more competitive in Gold I and eventually start my adventures in the Diamond league.

CHOOSE WELL

If you already have your goals set and like me also consider that the scenario is slowly becoming more optimistic, maybe it is time to analyze which assets are presenting the best risk/reward and start your investments. I am evaluating on Peakmonsters which cards would be most useful for my collection.

To evaluate I take into account my matches and look at which rented cards I use the most and which offer me the highest win rate. Among these cards the best (in terms of win vs. price) go into the acquisition list that will be run soon. You can also do this analysis based on the teams you face as learning from your opponent is always a positive thing.

I remember months ago the prices of these cards was 3x higher and the year before those values were even higher. Although it is a huge risk to acquire assets that are with falling price for so long, the return that these cards can give us is huge and for me it is worth taking this risk.
