Prepare your SPS ⚔ Splinterlands

Além de possuir um APY interessante ao manter seu SPS em Stake e garantir poder de voto nas Propostas do Splinterlands, haverão duas novas utilidades para o SPS sendo uma delas passageira e outra extremamente relevante e que com certeza forçará com que os jogadores aumentem suas apostas para se manterem competitivos no jogo. Você já preparou seu SPS para estas mudanças?

Possuir 1.000 SPS em Stake permitirá que você compre uma cópia da carta Vruz e quanto mais SPS você possuir mais cópias poderão ser adquiridas. Eu considero essa carta bem ruim considerando suas estatísticas de vida e dano absurdamente medíocres, tendo como única vantagem a velocidade alta.

Além disso a habilidade Martyr é difícil de ser utilizada adequadamente e o level up dessa carta não lhe fornece bons aumentos de estatísticas. Normalmente até o level 6 deveria ocorrer pelo menos um aumento no dano, porém ele só acontece no level 8. Essa carta provavelmente só será utilizada por jogadores que possuírem ela no level 9 ou 10 pois será possível criar boas estratégias utilizando sua velocidade em conjunto com buffs/debuffs, fora isso ela parece ser uma carta bem ruim.

As outras utilidades para o SPS serão adicionadas na próxima etapa do Roadmap denominada Age of the Minotaur que se iniciou no dia 15 deste mês e irá até o dia 23 de maio (caso não haja mudanças).

Finalmente um dos requisitos principais para subir de liga será substituído. Ao invés de precisar atingir determinado Power somando os valores de todas as suas cartas compradas/alugadas, será necessário possuir determinada quantia de SPS em Stake para se tornar habilitado a subir de liga. Infelizmente ainda não foi revelado a tabela com os custos de SPS para cada liga (e se foi eu não fiquei sabendo, então adoraria que alguém compartilhasse nos comentários) mas eu imagino que o requisito seja alto, portanto para se manter na sua liga atual talvez você precisará comprar mais SPS para colocar em Stake.

Uma coisa legal é que junto dessa atualização eles também habilitarão a possibilidade de delegar SPS, isso permitirá que jogadores que possuem SPS além do necessário para sua liga poderão delegar esse excedente aos seus amigos ou quem sabe negociar um valor com outros jogadores que estarão dispostos à pagar por essa delegação ao invés de comprarem seu próprio SPS . Tudo isso ainda é muito especulativo pois sem saber quais serão os requisitos de cada liga fica difícil saber sobre a viabilidade de comprar SPS ou buscar pessoas que possam delegar.

De qualquer forma o jogo passará por grandes mudanças envolvendo este recurso e se posicionar de maneira antecipada tende a ser benéfico para as pessoas que se organizam, entretanto é importante lembrar que o mercado financeiro é sempre muito louco e tudo pode acontecer, então tome suas próprias decisões de acordo com suas estratégias. Pessoalmente eu acredito que se posicionar antes de ser revelada a tabela de requisitos de SPS por Liga será benéfico pois após essa informação as pessoas começarão a se preparar para a mudança.

Besides having an interesting APY by keeping your SPS in Stake and granting voting power on Proposals of Splinterlands, there will be two new uses for the SPS one of them being temporary and the other extremely relevant and that will surely force players to raise their stakes to stay competitive in the game. Have you prepared your SPS for these changes?

Owning 1,000 SPS in Stake will allow you to purchase a copy of the Vruz card and the more SPS you own the more copies can be purchased. I consider this card to be pretty bad considering its absurdly mediocre life and damage stats, with the only advantage being its high speed.

In addition the ability Martyr is difficult to use properly and the level up of this card doesn't give you good stat boosts. Normally up to level 6 there should be at least a damage increase, but this only happens at level 8. This card will probably only be used by players who have it at level 9 or 10 because it will be possible to create good strategies using its speed in conjunction with buffs/debuffs, otherwise it seems to be a very bad card.

The other uses for the SPS will be added in the next stage of the Roadmap called Age of the Minotaur which started on the 15th of this month and will go until the 23rd of May (if there are no changes).

Finally one of the main requirements to move up leagues will be replaced. Instead of needing to reach a certain Power by adding up the values of all your bought/rented cards, you will need to have determined amount of SPS in Stake to become eligible to move up leagues. Unfortunately the table with the cost of SPS for each league has not yet been revealed (and if it has I have not heard about it, so I would love someone to share in the comments) but I imagine the requirement is high, so to stay in your current league you may need to buy more SPS to put in Stake.

One cool thing is that along with this update they will also enable the possibility to delegate SPS, this will allow players who have SPS more than needed for their league to delegate this surplus to their friends or perhaps negotiate a value with other players who will be willing to pay for this delegation instead of buying their own SPS . This is all still very speculative as without knowing what the requirements of each league will be it is difficult to know about the feasibility of buying SPS or seeking people who can delegate.

Either way the game will go through major changes involving this resource and positioning yourself in advance tends to be beneficial for people who organize, however it is important to remember that the financial market is always very crazy and anything can happen, so make your own decisions according to your strategies. I personally believe that positioning yourself before the table of SPS requirements per League is revealed will be beneficial as after that information people will start preparing for the change.
