MY CAKES FOR CHRISTMAS EVE (ENG-ESP)

Christmas Eve is here and we started with it, starting to make the hallacas that I will show you in my next post, but today I want to share a dessert that I made to share at Christmas Eve dinner as these rich cakes were not black cakes because I did not have all the ingredients to make it so I made two cakes, one small and one medium the small one for my mom and the medium one for me that I made chocolate with candied fruits and the other is vanilla with candied fruits.

Ya llego la Noche Buena y empezamos con él corre de este día empezando hacer las hallacas que eso se los mostraré en mi siguiente post, pero hoy les quiero compartir un postre que hice para compartir en la cena de Noche Buena como lo es estas ricas tortas no fueron tortas negras porque no tenía todos los ingredientes para realizarla así que hice dos tortas una pequeña y una mediana la pequeña para mi mami y la mediana para mí que la hice de chocolate con frutas confitadas y la otra está de vainilla con frutas confitadas

They were very rich and fluffy, the one at home lasted that day and the other one I took to my mom to put on her table. I decorated them with some red cherries that I had brought from Colombia and that gave them a nice Christmas touch, they were very rich and fluffy,

Me quedaron muy ricas y esponjosa con decir que la de la casa duro ese día y la otra se la lleve a mi mamá para que la pusiera en su mesa las decoré con unas cerezas rojas que me había traído de Colombia y que le dieron un lindo toque de Navidad me quedaron muy ricas y esponjosas,

but even so I missed my black cake I hope I can make it for New Year's Day because it is the one I like the most I will try to buy the ingredients in time so that it doesn't happen to me like on the 24th that because I was busy with other things I didn't have time to go out and look for what I was missing, but by the 31st I feel less busy and there is nothing to decorate or clean my mom happy with her cake my friend I hope you liked my post and that you had a Merry Christmas.

pero aun así extrañé mi torta negra espero poder hacerla para el día de año nuevo porque es la más que me gusta trataré de comprar con tiempo los ingredientes para que no me pase como el 24 que por estar ocupada en otras cosas no me dio tiempo de salir a buscar lo que me faltaba, pero ya para el 31 me siento más desocupada ya no hay nada por decorar ni limpiar mi mamá feliz con su torta amiga hasta aquí me despido espero que les haya gustado mi post y que hayan tenido una feliz Navidad.
