Beef ribs to taste/Costillas de res al gusto.(ENG-ESP)
I spent a relaxing weekend at home, resting from running, running all week and getting up so early.
I went out in the morning with my daughter to do a little shopping for the house. Among the things I bought some beef ribs to stew, because I decided I had to make them for lunch.
To make this dish I needed:
1 kg of beef ribs.
Seasonings to taste (onion, chili, garlic, tomato, cilantro and onion).
3 potatoes.
2 carrots.
Salt and seasoning to taste.
Arriving at the house I proceeded to wash them and assemble them to tenderize.
Once this procedure was done, I chopped the seasonings and sliced some potatoes and carrots.
Once the ribs were soft, I mounted my frying pan to heat with a little sugar and oil, when it turned golden brown I added the seasonings already chopped so that they suffered a little, once this was done I incorporated the ribs little by little and seasoned to taste and then I covered them and put them to finish cooking until the potatoes and carrots softened,added broth from the meat that was cooking to cover the ribs so that they would finish cooking. Once everything was tender and there was enough sauce left, I proceeded to serve it, and it was so good that everyone wanted to serve it again. I hope you liked my way of preparing the ribs. Les comento que pasé un fin de semana relajado en casa, descansando del correr, corre de toda la semana y la levantadera tan temprano.
Salí en la mañana un rato con mi hija para hacer unas pequeñas compras para la casa. Entre las cosas compré unas costillas de res para guisar, porque qué decidí que debía hacerlas para el almuerzo.
Para hacer este plato necesité:
1 kg de costillas de res.
Aliños al gusto (cebolla, ají, ajo, tomate, cilantro y cebollin).
3 papas.
2 zanahorias.
Sal y condimentar al gusto.
Llegando a la casa procedí a lavarlas y montarlas ablandar.
Una vez realizado todo ese procedimiento, me puse a picar los aliños y unas papas y zanahorias en rodajas.
Ya blandas las costillas, monte mi sartén a calentar con un poquito de azúcar y aceite, cuando esté se tornó dorado fui echando los aliños ya picados para que se sufrieran un poco, una vez hecho este pase a incorporar las costillas poco a poco y sazone al gusto y luego las tape y las puse que se terminarán de cocinar hasta que se ablandará las papas y la zanahoria, les agregué caldo de la carne con que se estaba cocinando hasta cubrir las costillas para qué terminarán su cocción. Una vez blando todo y habiendo quedado con suficiente salsa, procedí a servirla, quedándome de un bueno que todos querían servir de nuevo. Espero que les haya gustado mi forma de preparar las costillas. Me quedan de un bueno. A todos nos encanta, así que les invito a que la hagan y luego me comenten cómo les quedó.
